Acting from the samadhi of clarity in front of oneself, after offering and fulfilling, aiming at the torma, visualize the flesh, blood, and bones of the enemies and obstacles being summoned, absorbed, and destroyed, filling the three thousand worlds, and empower them with mantras. Generate the power of majesty and the force of wrath, and utter this red utterance with the fierce clamor of musical instruments: Hūṃ bhyaḥ! In all directions, in the vast realm above, from the great mandala of the vast sky, the guardians of the command, the great Vajra Bhairava, please come! Wear a great dark purple cloak of nine layers, ride upon a lion, the black disheveled one is the slayer of demons, take this torma of red flesh and blood, today, for the army that destroys enemies and obstacles, practice the Dharma, bind the brave men, swift horses, and armies with ropes, devour flesh and drink blood, consume without remainder, bring the signs of the slain and the red heart essence! From the palace of conch shells with nine peaks, the great butcher, the one-eyed bird-headed one, rides a blue-black-backed horse, the head is adorned with a garland of black snakes and skulls, the great lord of life of the eastern direction, the great Vajradhara, please come! Torma of red flesh and blood... Today, to destroy enemies and obstacles... Brave men, swift horses... Devour flesh and drink blood... Bring the signs of the slain and the heart essence...
