You, the Vajra Great Garuda, are the powerful subduers of the Nagas! You, the divine lay devotees, are the glorious Mahakalas! You and your retinue, the great life-force masters, are all the fierce ones! You, the white Patra and the black Putra! You, the generals, are all the messengers of karma! You, the leaders on the right, are the assembly of a thousand monks! You, the leaders on the left, are the assembly of black Bandes! You, the symbols of the past, are hundreds of thousands of Shanti demonesses! You, the followers of the future, are together with the assembly of Acharyas! You, the servants in tiger skins and leopard skins, are hundreds of thousands and millions! You, the ministers who eat flesh and dogs, are the groups of people! You, the companions of the body, are hundreds of thousands of masks and Gar-glings! You, all the outer and inner gods, demons, and arrogant beings! You, the seven blazing brothers, are hundreds of thousands of retinue leaders! You and your retinue, fulfill your vows! Hūṃ! (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) Through the blessings of such offering and fulfillment! For us yogis, patrons, and retinue! Those tormented by the karma of past evil deeds! And those struck by sudden obstacles and adverse conditions! Avert, transform, and dissolve the obstacles from the realm of reality! The Dharma protectors of the command have the eyes of wisdom! I am a child blinded by the karma of ignorance! To you, the three roots, Dakinis, and Dharma protectors! Whatever actions were contrary to body, speech, and mind! And the vows of individual liberation that were broken! And the precepts of the Bodhisattva that were forgotten! And whatever transgressions of the secret mantra vows! I fulfill and confess, I openly confess, please accept my forgiveness! The Buddhas, the Bodhisattvas of the five families, the Bhagavat! To subdue the arrogant, you manifest in forms that subdue! Due to ignorance, I confess to holding onto self-grasping! To the lords of the hundred thousand divisions of arrogant beings of the world! The supreme horse king, the essence of Padma! As commanded, please accept these offerings and fulfillments with joy! Accomplish the activities as entrusted! Then comes the empowerment: Raise the Torma and offer the tsampa and essences in order! Raise the arrows, flags, and banners! Offer a pure Torma to all the local deities! In the intervals of the songs of supplication to the gods and victory, recite this text accompanied by music and dance.
