ཧོཿ The three bodies are inherently inseparable from the beginning. If you wish to practice this profound meaning, restrain the faults of body, speech, and mind. Arrange the posture of good sitting, cut off the gatherings of thoughts of the three times. Generate the power of awareness in this way: From the time of beginningless samsara, wandering in the waves of karma and affliction. Beings of the three realms are so pitiful. Wherever the six types of beings are born in samsara, they are burned and tormented by the feeling of self-attachment. Desiring happiness, they engage in attachment and aversion. They revolve in the impermanent, conditioned wheel. The karma of the past torments the future. Unwillingly, they follow the karma. The power of karma is like the course of a river. Desiring happiness, they sink into the mud of suffering. The ripening of karma is moved by the wind. The imprints of karma are carried by the water. The ripened aspects of karma are like the nature of body and shadow. Thinking of one's own good, they accomplish their own benefit and harm others. When the imprints of that karma ripen, the result is falling into the hell realms. They are tormented by the feelings of heat and cold. Due to the power of desire, they are born as pretas. They are tormented by hunger and thirst. Due to the karma of ignorance, they are born as animals. They are foolish, mute, and their suffering is endless. Due to the power of jealousy, they see the Asuras. They revolve in the wheel of killing and cutting. Due to the power of pride, they are in the heavenly realms. But they are also carried away by the happiness of attachment. The human body is a combination of the five poisons. They engage in the waves of birth, old age, sickness, and death. These six types of beings are created by the mind. This is the world of samsara. There is no permanence or stability. The suffering of birth, old age, sickness, and death, the foolish and mute, one eats the other. The wheel of firebrands with inner and outer obscurations. They are tormented by heat and cold. They are tormented by extreme heat and extreme cold. Fighting, killing, and cutting are the Asuras. Death, transference, falling, and so on. There is no happiness, only suffering and hatred. The wheel of firebrands of the five poisons burns. They are confused by the waves of the three poisons. Samaya! (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)三昧耶!,समया,samaya,誓言! Gya Gya Gya! (藏文,无,无,汉语字面意思) Thus, from the city of suffering, possessing a body endowed with leisure and opportunity. On the teachings of abandonment and realization, possessing the wealth of excellent practice. From the depths of your heart, think about the suffering of samsara. Meditate on the suffering of impermanence and death. Abandon the love and affection of enemies, friends, and children. Especially in the three refuges, take refuge in the Dharmakaya. In order to place all sentient beings, parents of the six realms, in the state of omniscient Buddha.

Supreme Bodhicitta, abiding in the vows of outer, inner, and secret. Through the samadhi of Vajrasattva, purifying the two obscurations by expanding and contracting the mantra wheel. Being in union with all Buddhas, the secret path of all Buddhas. The complete gathering of all Sugatas, the supreme of all. The unsurpassed guru of the teacher, the supreme master of the three kayas, Vajradhara. Remembering purely from the heart, requesting the four empowerments with light. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Then, the body is endowed with seven dharmas, the eyes with the Buddha's posture. The aggregates gathered in an instant, without object, empty and clear, the light body. In the five places, generating the five victorious families. At the heart of the five families, after the seed syllables, the mantra wheel's rays gather and transform. At the beginning, in the time without beginning, from the display of self-arisen awareness, the arising gate is unblocked, therefore arising. The clinging to light enters, purifying the five poisons, the five kayas. The five wisdoms are fully endowed, the path of manifest realization. Clearly manifest from the inexpressible space. From the non-conceptual space, free from elaboration. Without distraction, without meditation, in the expanse of the Dharmadhatu. In the state of sound and emptiness, reciting this mantra: Om Hum Tram Hrih Ah. Hum Hum Svaha. Thus, during the session of recitation, the outer vessel and inner essence are held as one taste. Abiding in the samadhi of selflessness, emptiness, and wisdom. When the number of five hundred thousand is completed, the five poisons ripen into the five wisdoms. The appearance of the outer vessel, the four elements, is purified. The clinging to the inner essence, the illusory body, is liberated. The aggregates and elements ripen into the five Buddha families. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Secondly, endowed with the Vajra illusion wheel, the eyes gaze at the space between the eyebrows. This aggregate body, gathered from the four elements, becomes empty in an instant, without object. The vajra made of blue light, in the center of the five-pointed vajra. In the center of the light, the blue-black Hum syllable, Hum. The mantra garland circles, reciting from the mouth, from Hum, Hum. Various sizes, uncertain, continuously radiating in all ten directions. The nature of appearance is the realm of the four elements. The nature of awareness is the sound of Hum. Like the example of fire and sparks, the world of appearance is burned away in clusters. The wisdom of awareness, tala la. Without distraction, in the samadhi beyond mind. Reciting this essence mantra seven hundred thousand times: Hum Hum Hum. During the session, the thoughts of the three times, abandoning, taking, negating, establishing, separating. In the self-arisen state.
