将（其）置于顶首，交付于手中，复次，吽！大权傲慢之坛城，具足力量与威猛，调伏难调者，傲慢八部众，托付于具缘者，勤修生圆二次第，祈请供养，安住誓言，成办事业，施予食物，执行所派遣的任务，日夜六时，警觉守护，直至未获菩提之前，皆须执行差遣，对于无誓言者，作为取命的刽子手，此乃汝之食份，切莫放纵遗失，诸佛已敕令，勿忘誓言，明妃眷属等，誓言勿破损，聚集于此之具缘者，作为守护神，如是宣说，诸傲慢者之历史明晰，祈请供养，持护命石，立下誓言，抛掷朵玛与兵器，劝请诛杀，诅咒敌人，祈请宽恕，忏悔罪过，酬补赞颂，圆满供养，萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 如是傲慢者之命权，具有敕令，与无誓言之众生，及未成熟之生圆次第者，对于非器者，一丝风声亦勿泄露，若破誓言，则自身将遭殃，犹如腹中之心，额上之眼，务必谨慎珍视，具缘之子，愿与未来具业缘者相遇！萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！ 伏藏印！ 封印！ 誓言印！ 威猛印！ 秘密印！ 萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！ 嘉钦巴·尼玛扎巴于大圣地康·辛莫宗之西门火焰洞中，于水狗年（1202）九月二十日迎请取出，并由黄纸译为藏文。 愿吉祥！

Having placed (it) on the crown of the head and given it into the hand, furthermore, Hūṃ! The maṇḍala of the great powerful arrogant ones, endowed with strength and prowess, taming the difficult to tame, the arrogant eight classes, entrusted to the fortunate ones, diligently practice the generation and completion stages, supplicate and offer, abide by the samaya, accomplish activities, bestow food, execute the tasks assigned, day and night, six times, be vigilant and guard, until enlightenment is attained, perform the assigned tasks, for those without samaya, act as the executioner of their lives, this is your share of food, do not let it be lost, the Buddhas have commanded, do not neglect the samaya, the vidyādhara brothers and sisters, do not break the samaya, for the fortunate ones gathered here, act as protectors, thus it is said, the history of the arrogant ones is clear, supplicate and offer, hold the life-stone, establish the oath, cast the torma and weapons, urge to kill, curse the enemies, ask for forgiveness, confess sins, praise and fulfill, complete the offering, Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Thus, the life-power of the arrogant ones, possessing the command, with beings without samaya, and those without the mature generation and completion stages, for those who are not vessels, do not let even a breeze escape, if the seal is broken, then oneself will be ruined, like the heart in the belly and the eye on the forehead, be extremely careful and cherish it, fortunate son, may you meet those with karmic connections in the future! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Treasure seal! Hidden seal! Samaya seal! Powerful seal! Secret seal! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Gyal Khampa Nyima Drakpa retrieved (this) from the Flame Cave of the West Gate of the great sacred place Kham Sringmo Dzong on the twentieth day of the ninth month of the Water Dog year (1202), and translated it from yellow paper into Tibetan.
