To subdue the enemies and obstacles who act in delusion, the four gate-guarding Dhakki deities were established with immeasurable four aspects. With the non-duality of skillful means and wisdom, to completely uproot the three realms of samsara, all the wrathful deities and wrathful mothers were established. To liberate all ten directions of pure lands, all the heroes and heroines of the charnel ground Chandoha were established. To completely destroy all the enemies and obstacles who have become the object of focus, all the Dharma-protecting oath-bound ones were established. The name of the host of demons who lead astray. Unheard of in the three realms of existence. Accomplish the fierce activities of manifest conduct. Thus urging, and also fiercely reciting the fierce mantra of aversion and slaying. The torma, blessed as the flesh, blood, and bones of enemies and obstructors, is offered as a torma in the manner of military rations. Aim the torma at the direction of the planets' movement or the enemy's side of harm, and measure the torma. Proclaim the record of punishment. Accompanied by fierce urging, throw the torma. With a hundred-pointed vajra blazing with power and strength, Cutting off the passage of those who lead astray and occupy the earth. The profound Dharma of the fierce woman, a sharp weapon of power. Obtaining this in hand is also the kindness of the holy protector. This, as a condition for the profound Dharma of the Dakini who subdues demons, was written on the bank of the northern Black River by Rigdzin Thutop Dorje, the holder of the lineage mantra, or by others with many names such as Ngawang Tsultrim Nyingpo.
