Third, perform the subsequent action: When signs of accomplishment appear, adjust and reverse the influence of the dragons, and take it to a water source where dragons are definitely present. From the water source, measure one arm's length to the right, and dig a triangular hole with a yellow horn. Press the skull lingam inside, and declare the truth. Perform the summoning and repelling. Offer golden drinks. Fiercely perform cursing and entrusting. This is a very profound key. I, Vajra Draktsal, have opened the secret treasure of the dakinis' instructions. Now protect the Han and Tibetan teachings, and in the future, for the benefit, bury it as a treasure.
