Place the torma, which is the same height as the platform, at the bottom. Insert the linga container, the male and female knives, into the skull cup inscribed with the mantra wheel. A skull cup with a bad reputation is best. If directed at the nagas, a conjoined male and female leper's skull is required. On the two skulls, male and female, draw eight ribs with poisonous blood. Surround it with a circle. In the two centers, draw a vajra crossed vajra and a homa pit. A crossed vajra on the male skull and a homa pit on the female skull. On the eight ribs of the male skull, write: A ya ma du ru tsa sha na. On the female skull, write the eight mothers. On the circle of the male skull, write: The enemy's heart veins, may the eight classes of gods and demons hab hab, tun tun, rab rab, bhya bhya, sha trum, byad ma, dharma protectors, sarva kaya vakka citta nan nan. On the female skull, write: The enemy, the byad ma, all the minds of the dharma protectors, pegs, rili rili, mama, rakmo, drink their heart blood, devour devour, bhya ya, bhya ya, nan dza dza. Write without omission. If you want the enemy to be killed by a knife, put in the heart of a knife; if you want them to die mad, put in the heart of a mad dog; if you want them to die secretly, put in the heart of a bird; if you want them to die of disease, put the heart of a person who died of whatever disease into the linga. Then fix it in the skull cup. Then press it into the ground as you wish. In general, the samaya of this dakini is: do not eat the meat of carnivorous animals such as jackals, do not curse women, avoid defilement, complete the number of recitations previously practiced, and then strive to do whatever karma is needed. This is the correct oral instruction. Samaya. Gya gya gya. This profound and essential instruction should not be spread outside of a single lineage. Because it is extremely profound, it is hidden in small letters. After asking the great master for permission, I, the childless queen Tso, wrote it down and hid it as a precious treasure. May it meet with those who have karmic connections. Samaya. Gya gya gya. Seal. Hidden. Profound. Key. Entrusted. Samaya khatam gya. I, the wandering monk Nyima Drakpa, brought it from Mount Kailash. Mangalam! The Practice of the Black One Who Subdues Demons From the Great Perfection teachings, the Lama Chakrasamvara cycle: The Practice of the Black One Who Subdues Demons is presented. Homage to the Great Powerful Heruka! In the last of the future kalpas, may those who have the fortune to practice according to the Dharma.

Na Nam! If the enemy does not give peace, then undertake the work of black destruction. Samaya! Gya! This work of destroying and eliminating has three meanings: preliminary preparation, main practice, and subsequent action. Samaya! Gya! First, the preliminary preparation: In the place of the corpse, on the third day of the corpse, on the land of the corpse, in the center of the triangular platform made, draw the wind's "ད" (Tibetan: ད་) letter, with a green bow shape, and draw wind lines symbolizing the wind on its edges. On the skull of the extinct lineage, mark it with the wheel of destruction and elimination with ominous signs, and place it in the center. In the east, place the head of the earth-slaying flesh-eating bird; in the south, place the head of the fire-slaying owl; in the west, place the head of the water-slaying snake; in the north, place the head of the wind-slaying owl, also mark them with the wheel. Arrange the Torma offering in the northeast. Samaya! Gya! Second, the order of the main practice: Visualize yourself as the auspicious Dakini, the black lion-faced mother, who subdues the armies of demons. On the crown of the head or in the center of the heart, visualize the Vajra Wrathful Force. On the four-spoked wheel in the heart, Hari Nisa (Tibetan: ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་), in the center is the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ) syllable, along with the essence of stirring up the elements. Visualize that the wheel, syllables, and rays of light all transform into a fierce black karmic wind, entering into the skulls. In the skulls, within the clarity of the three existences and three realms, the great wind of the eon, the red wind of karma, fiercely stirs, causing the enemy's people, wealth, retinue, etc., to shake, violently shake; move, violently move; disturb, violently disturb; destroy, violently destroy; shatter, violently shatter; annihilate, violently annihilate, deeply believe in annihilation, and recite this mantra: Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: हूँ, IAST: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) Vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ, Sanskrit: वज्र, IAST: vajra, literal meaning: Vajra) Dakini (Tibetan: དྷཀྐི་ནི, Sanskrit: ḍākinī, IAST: ḍākinī, literal meaning: Dakini) Simha (Tibetan: སིང་ཧ, Sanskrit: siṃha, IAST: siṃha, literal meaning: Lion) Mukha (Tibetan: མུ་ཥ, Sanskrit: mukha, IAST: mukha, literal meaning: Face) Harinisa (Tibetan: ཧ་རི་ནི་ས, Sanskrit: harinisa, IAST: harinisa, literal meaning: Harinisa) Yam Yam (Tibetan: ཡམ་ཡམ) to the enemy's life force; Bub Bub (Tibetan: རྦུད་རྦུད) to the heart force; Breng Breng (Tibetan: བྲེང་བྲེང་) to the consciousness; Ya Ya (Tibetan: ཡ་ཡ), Bhyo Bhyo (Tibetan: བྷྱོ་བྷྱོ), Bada Bada (Tibetan: རྦད་རྦད). Recite thus, like the hot and cold hail that arises in the sky, all the elements of the enemy's outer and inner realms, and the realm of essence, the four elements, are involuntarily disturbed. At that time, the order of signs is: hail falls, houses shake, light appears, consciousness floats, etc. A special sign is that when the skulls vibrate with the sound of Bub Bub, they involuntarily rotate and shake. Samaya! Gya! Third, the subsequent action: After practicing in this way, the signs
