The mirror dharma source is endowed with secret substances, The wisdom and knowledge of a hundred thousand dakinis' minds, By bestowing this upon you, the faithful disciple, May the obscurations of the mind be purified, and may you receive the empowerment of the mind! The assembly of demon-subduing ḍākinīs, the black lion-faced mothers, The substance from which the qualities of a hundred thousand dakinis arise, With this life-stone for accomplishing the deities of the mother lineage, Today, by empowering the son of the lineage, May you receive the empowerment of the qualities of a hundred thousand dakinis! In an extremely secluded place, abiding in the seven-fold posture of Vairochana, in an instant, transform yourself into the longevity dakini, the White Sky-Going One, with one face and the face of a lion. Her body is white, adorned with bone ornaments and a silk diadem. In her right hand, she holds a dart and banner, and in her left, she holds a longevity vase. She stands with both feet in a posture of moving through the sky. Visualize her shaking a mirror, bell, and a garland of tinkling ornaments. At her heart, within a blazing expanse of citta jewels, on a sun and moon lotus seat, the essence of self-awareness is the Protector Amitayus, with a red body, one face, and exceedingly red like coral. He is adorned with all the ornaments of the Sambhogakaya. His legs are in the vajra posture. In the mudra of equipoise, he holds a longevity vase filled with nectar. He is embraced by the consort Mamaki, holding a dart and banner, and a longevity vase. Visualize him clearly as a body that is apparent but without inherent existence. On the four sides of the Protector Amitayus, on the four lotus petals, are the dakinis of the four families, holding darts and banners, and longevity vases. At the heart of the Protector Amitayus, on the sun disc, at the center of a five-pronged vajra made of ruby jewels, is the seed syllable and heart essence HRIH (梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥) marked in red.
