From beginningless time, deluded by ignorance, driven by karma, wandering in the six realms of samsara, taking bodies of flesh and blood, transmigrating in the ocean of existence, I was born in this degenerate age of the five defilements, fortunately received by the Guru Vajradhara, although relying on the wisdom dakini and upholding vows, yet bound by beginningless karmic obscurations, and obscured by ignorance, failing to realize my own mind as the three kayas of the dakini, now I confess being bound by the clinging to ignorance. The wisdom dakini is the nature of the dharmadhatu, the worldly dakini is the deity who protects the teachings, the karma dakini is the deity of great bliss inseparable. Failing to complete the tsok offering with flesh and blood samaya substances, the offerings of the eighth, fifteenth, and thirtieth days are also deficient, not relying on mudras, not realizing the four joys, the boundaries of guarding the root and branch vows, whatever faults and transgressions accumulated due to the power of ignorance, I pray for forgiveness from the assembly of wisdom dakinis, I pray for forgiveness from the assembly of karma dakinis, I pray for forgiveness from the assembly of worldly dakinis, I beseech forgiveness and grant blessings. Thus reciting, practicing the unspoken yoga. Emaho, repair and complete the broken vows, eliminate obstacles, and grant siddhis.
