如是说后，吽 舍，不离散发心祈愿力，薄伽梵怙主无量寿，长寿五部天尊莲花生，三根本传承上师尊，教敕差使门卫众，慈悲自性放光芒，加持自性轮涅界，慈悲加持寿命福禄威，命元衰减破损复增上，阿 尼 吽 三字摄持故，如大雨降注于大海，有缘之身融二无别，愿获长寿之成就。 念诵根本咒及谛叉班杂。 此后手持胜幢宝瓶，置于顶上如是说，吽 舍，薄伽梵怙主无量寿，宝瓶自性身之灌顶，慈悲自性精华盈，灌顶有缘子之身，愿此身获百岁寿之权。 嗡 嘉纳 班杂 阿 约谢 策 仲 嘎雅 阿 比钦杂 嗡 嗡。 取坛城西方之长寿酒，置于喉间如是说，吽 舍，无量光怙主无量寿，自密空降长寿甘露，盈满梵天瓶，贪生语之灌顶，灌顶有缘子之语，愿此语获百岁增之权。 嗡 嘉纳 班杂 阿 约谢 策 仲，瓦嘎 阿 比钦杂 阿 阿。 取坛城东方之宝瓶，置于心间如是说，吽 舍，薄伽梵怙主金刚无量寿，本初法性童瓶身，离生灭边金刚意之灌顶，灌顶有缘子之心，愿此心获百岁稳之权。 吽 嘉纳 班杂 阿 约谢 策 仲， 泽达 阿 比钦杂 吽 吽。 取坛城南方之长寿食，涂于脐间置于手，吽 舍，宝生部主宝生无量寿，因缘清净谷物精华具百味，禅定受用功德寿命之灌顶，灌顶有缘子之脐间，愿食受用百岁增之权。 仲，嘉纳 班杂 阿 约谢 策 仲， 惹纳 阿 比钦杂 仲 仲。 取坛城北方之箭幡，置于密处亦可增盛，吽 舍，不空成就业力无量寿，调伏怀摄寿命依

Having spoken thus, Hūṃ Hrīḥ, Through the power of unwavering mind generation and aspiration, Bhagavan Protector Amitāyus, The five longevity deities, Padmasambhava, The three roots, lineage lamas, The messengers and gatekeepers who abide by the command, The nature of compassion radiates light, The nature of blessings pervades saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, Compassion and blessings, longevity, fortune, and glory, The vital essence, life force, diminished, deteriorated, broken, and increased, Aḥ Nri Hūṃ, the three are completely gathered, Like rain falling on the great ocean, Merging indivisibly into the body of the fortunate, May the accomplishment of longevity be attained! Recite the root mantra and Tiṣṭha Vajra. Then, hold the victorious vase, Place it on the crown of the head and say this: Hūṃ Hrīḥ, Bhagavan Protector Amitāyus, The vase's nature is the empowerment of the body, The nature of compassion swirls as essence, Empowering the body of the fortunate child, May this body obtain the power to live a hundred years! Oṃ Jñāna Vajra Āyuṣe Tshe Bhrūṃ Kāya Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Oṃ. Take the longevity wine from the west of the mandala, Place it at the throat and say this: Hūṃ Hrīḥ, Infinite Light Protector Amitāyus, From the secret space falls the nectar of longevity, Swirling in the Bhaṇḍa, the empowerment of speech with desire, Empowering the speech of the fortunate child, May this speech obtain the power to increase for a hundred years! Oṃ Jñāna Vajra Āyuṣe Tshe Bhrūṃ, Vāk Abhiṣiñca Ā Ā. Take the vase from the east of the mandala, Place it at the heart and say this: Hūṃ Hrīḥ, Bhagavan Protector Vajra Amitāyus, Primordial purity, the youthful vase body of dharmatā, The empowerment of the indestructible mind, free from the limits of birth and death, Empowering the mind of the fortunate child, May this mind obtain the power to be stable for a hundred years! Hūṃ Jñāna Vajra Āyuṣe Tshe Bhrūṃ, Citta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ Hūṃ. Take the longevity food from the south of the mandala, Smear it on the navel and give it to the hand, Hūṃ Hrīḥ, Ratnasambhava, Ratna Amitāyus, Pure causes and conditions, grain essence endowed with a hundred flavors, The empowerment of samādhi, enjoyment, qualities, and longevity, Empowering the navel of the fortunate child, May the sustenance obtain the power to increase for a hundred years!
