To the left, represent with an arrow banner. Around it, place medicine offerings, rakta, and Karma Kagyu treasure tormas, offerings, and so forth. Having gathered the necessary materials, the yogi sits on a comfortable seat. The chief of bipeds is the Buddha Amitāyus, Peaceful and detached is the sacred Dharma of longevity accomplishment, Supreme among assemblies is the Vidyādhara of longevity, I take refuge in order to accomplish the Vidyādhara of longevity! Generating the mind: Hūṃ hrīḥ! The profound and free from elaboration, the meaning of no birth and death, For the beings bound by the obscuration of ignorance, In order to avert the obstacles of the Lord of Death and Māras, I practice the method of accomplishment of the Vidyādhara of longevity.
