May all debts, blood feuds, arrears, and karmic debts be purified. Place the name card in the center of the cluster of Asura seed syllables. Hūṃ! Listen, son of the deceased of the lineage! This realm of samsara is the realm of Asuras, this place is the cruel city of Asuras, this continent is the continent of fighting Asuras, arising from the cause of jealousy. To the deity who purifies the suffering of jealousy, the Bhagavan Asura Sage, pray for the purification of suffering. Empowerment: Hūṃ! Asura Teacher, Asura Protector, whose form blazes with marks and signs, holding a greenish-black begging bowl and a staff with bells. By empowering this deceased, liberate them from all fighting and suffering, may the birth gate of Asuras be severed. Root mantra: Su sarva dula sarva karma ye svāhā. By the empowerment of the Bhagavan Arya Avalokiteśvara, the Asura Sage, may the deceased so-and-so, who has passed away from this world to the next, receive the power to sever the birth gate of the fighting Asuras. Extracting poison from the earth: Hūṃ! The karma of jealousy is the poison of ignorance, the father of the poison of jealousy is also poison, the mother of the poison of jealousy is also poison, this poison of jealousy dissolves into the earth, the vajra of jealousy destroys jealousy, may the poison of jealousy be without poison. At the end of the root mantra: Su sarva dula sarva karma hana hana ye svāhā.
