All gatherings are equally entered, great nectar; The nature of the five wisdoms, condensed into essence; From the secret sky, placed in the vessel of practice; Supreme and common attainments, the fruit of unsurpassed enlightenment, Think of obtaining it in an instant. Do not be distracted, recite this mantra in meditation: Om Ah Hum Hrih (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum Hrih).
