玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！唉玛，秘密口诀精华之精髓，我，智慧低劣的女子益西措嘉，向邬金（莲花生大士）请示后记录成文。此乃秘密道口诀一切之要点，如同圆满一切的如意宝珠。相似与否，亲自实践便知晓。未来时代的具缘女子们，若能彻底修持此甚深法，愿能证悟乐空四身之智慧。特别是我们五个具缘女子，于五百之末能值遇此教言，依止上师、三根本、本尊为天神，彻底享用乐空四喜之嬉戏，愿能将化身收摄于空行刹土。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！封印！隐藏！甚深！重要！交付！萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！我等乞丐日玛扎巴于大圣地冈仁波齐（神山冈仁波齐）迎请而出。啊呀！此奇妙之法甚为深奥，玛吉觉姆益西措嘉，以心之精髓封印。上师授记之女子们，不修持如此甚深之法甚为稀奇。末世的虚伪女尼们，任由烦恼自生，如老鼠般产子。若行持无有今生来世之行者修持此法，想必能获得二利果位的财富。切莫再呼唤乞丐之苦，鲜少有人倾听正直之语。不如将自身体验藏于腹中。乞丐如是说。吉祥！吉祥！

Maya! Gya Gya Gya! Ema, the essence of the secret instruction's core! I, a woman of inferior intellect, Yeshe Tsogyal, requested instructions from the Lord of Oddiyana (Padmasambhava) and wrote them down. This is the key to all secret path instructions, like a wish-fulfilling jewel that contains everything. Whether it is similar or not, it will be clear when you put it into practice. May some fortunate women of future times, through thoroughly practicing this profound Dharma, realize the wisdom of the four Kayas of bliss and emptiness. In particular, may we five fortunate women, encountering this instruction at the end of the five hundred, rely on the Guru, Three Roots, and Yidam as deities, thoroughly enjoying the play of the four joys of bliss and emptiness, and gather our emanations into the realm of the Dakinis. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Seal! Hide! Profound! Important! Entrust! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! This was brought forth by the beggar Nyima Drakpa from the great sacred site of Mount Kailash. Ah, ya! This wonderful Dharma is very profound. Machig Jomo Yeshe Tsogyal sealed it with the essence of her heart. Women prophesied by the Guru, it is strange not to practice such profound Dharma. False nuns of the degenerate age, letting afflictions arise on their own, give birth like mice. If practitioners who act without regard for this life or the next practice this, they will surely obtain the wealth of the fruits of the two benefits. Do not call out the suffering of a beggar again; few listen to honest words. It is better to hide your own experience in your belly. Thus spoke the beggar. Mangalam! Mangalam!
