Ma Sa Ma Kha Gad Po Tsé. Ru Pa Sa Mi Mi Ta Lam. Nga Ting Sa La Yang Ki Lé. Gha Tsa Pa La A Tam Sa. Karma Eka Manu Pa. Sangtri Mama Karma Ta. Nga La Ngé Pa Kili Sa. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, This self-arisen heart essence is liberation upon wearing. Write it well and then consecrate it. Hide it in a precious zamatok. With grains, medicines, silks, and fragrant scents, Whoever wears it, all beings will be good. Liberation is certain, there is no doubt about this. If used without secrecy, the accomplishments will vanish. At the time of death, signs and miracles will appear, Relics and written letters will arise. On the tenth day of the great miracle month, Offerings to the guru, tsokhor, and support the consecration. Visualize the Buddhas of the ten directions as actually present. Receive the four empowerments of samadhi. Plant the aspiration to attain Buddhahood. Offer with auspicious songs, dances, and music. Keep it warm, carry it under the left armpit. The person who carries it in this way, Is the sole son of the Buddhas of the ten directions. Worthy of respect, worthy of offerings, worthy of prostration. Is the place for constant service. Wearing, reading, and holding it, Hearing the sound, feeling the wind, smelling the scent. There is no doubt about the state of enlightenment. Therefore, hide it as a precious treasure. May it meet with those who have karmic connections. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. I, Kharchen Tsogyal, As the great and kind teacher said, Wrote it down and kept it as a treasure. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Seal of the treasure. Seal of hiding. Seal of profundity. Seal of severity. Seal of entrustment. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. I, the wandering monk Nyima Drakpa, extracted it from the Dechen Cave of Mount Kailash, the king of snow mountains, the sacred place. Mangalam!

Like a thin copper wire, the upper end has a mark in the center of the moon disc on the crown of the head, and the lower end is manifested in the bliss-emptiness wheel. On the right is Roma, and on the left are the two Kyangmas. The size of the thickness is like a buckwheat grain. The upper end is from the measuring palace of the conch shell palace, and it is visualized as being inserted into the two nostrils. The lower end is from the bliss-emptiness wheel, and it converges inside the central channel. On the sun cushion, A-sha is clearly manifested. The upper end of the central channel is in the center of the moon disc, and meditate on the white letter ཧཾ་(Tibetan: ཧཾ་,Devanagari: हं,IAST: haṃ,Literal meaning: Hum). The great bliss wheel on the crown of the head has thirty-two branch veins. In the throat enjoyment wheel, generate sixteen branch veins clearly. In the heart dharma wheel, the veins have eight petals manifested. In the navel emanation wheel, there are sixty-four branch veins. In the secret place bliss-emptiness wheel, there are thirty-two branch veins, and meditate on the upper and lower as the aspect of skillful means and wisdom. The main practice is the profound path of taming the vital points of the winds, and seeing the four joys of bliss-emptiness blazing and dripping. The three of veins, bindu, and wind are inseparably merged, and efforts are made in guiding, pulling, and illusion wheels. Holding the breath, stand up and rub the hands, jump at the same time, shake the palms, fists and thumbs, and place both feet on the ground in front. Bend the elbows, press the knees, place the toes on the elbows, and press the fists on the ground, for the sake of the vital points of the winds. Grasp as much as possible, inhale, sit in the lotus position with both legs, and cross the hands on the chest. Sit in the lotus position with both legs, and cover the knees with both hands. Holding the breath, lift the back wind upwards, exhale the front wind outwards, and pull and cut off to the left, right, and center. Bodhisattva sits in the lotus position, placing fists on the thighs. Holding the breath, forcibly stand up and jump, shake the hands downwards, press the four fingers on the ground, pull the wind back and forth, and press the abdomen against the back. Exhale and inhale, slap the buttocks, do the lotus position, cover the knees with the hands, and shake the veins many times. Place both legs in the lotus position equally, and after holding the breath, lift the snake cave upwards, and pull upwards three times. Grasp for the sake of the vital points of the winds, and merge the veins, bindu, wind, and mind. Rest for a moment in the state of dharmata free from elaboration. Holding the breath, lie on your back, stretch the four limbs upwards, and stretch the body upwards slightly three times. Grasp the big toes of the feet with the middle fingers of the hands, straighten the legs, slap the buttocks, and do not separate the hands and feet. Lie on your back and straighten the legs. Know to alternate three times each. Shake the Ha letter once, put it down in the middle, and accumulate seven times, these.
