不舍之誓言五，受持之誓言五，行持之誓言五，了知之誓言五，修持之誓言五。首先，不舍之誓言五者：贪欲、嗔恨、我慢、嫉妒、愚痴五者，此乃五毒，为了了悟其本初即是清净处，安住于自性之义，故而受持。其次，受持之誓言五者：大便、小便、精液、大血、脑髓五者，此乃本初即是清净，自生之五甘露，故而受持并依止，则能长寿、无病，证悟之智慧无碍炽燃，且具足持明之成就等功德，故而受持并依止。再次，行持之誓言五者：双运之行，双运五者：为了以甚深道口诀解脱，方便与智慧双运；为了明晰本自解脱之本尊与坛城，境与根双运；以个别观察之智慧，能知与所知双运；为了使显空双运，界与智慧双运；为了了悟乐空无漏之义，父与母双运。解脱五者：所解脱者，三界一切有情皆得解脱；于何处解脱？于胜义法界，空性母胎清净处解脱；以何解脱？从空性大悲无别之体性中，以具足四无量之大力天尊见解而解脱；为何解脱？无明业恶之有情，虽欲求安乐，却不知如何成办安乐，而行持种种痛苦之业，流浪于具足十地之六道中者，以大悲心摄持而解脱之；以何种方便解脱？以种种无量之业门而解脱。第四，了知之誓言五者：色蕴为毗卢遮那佛（藏文：རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད།），识蕴为金刚萨埵（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།），受蕴为宝生佛（藏文：རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན།），想蕴为无量光佛（藏文：སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས།），行蕴为不空成就佛（藏文：དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པ་སྟེ།），五蕴本自清净，了知其本初即是五部如来，以及虚空之自性为法界自在母。

The five vows of not abandoning, the five vows of accepting, the five vows of practicing, the five vows of knowing, and the five vows of accomplishing. First, the five vows of not abandoning are: the five, desire, hatred, pride, jealousy, and ignorance. These are the five poisons. In order to realize that they are pure from the beginning and abide in their own nature, they should be accepted. Second, the five vows of accepting are: the five, feces, urine, semen, blood, and marrow. These are pure from the beginning and are the five spontaneously arising nectars. Therefore, if they are accepted and relied upon, one will have longevity, be free from illness, and the wisdom of realization will blaze without obstruction. And because one possesses the qualities of practicing the accomplishments of the vidyadhara, they should be accepted and relied upon. Third, the five vows of practicing are: the practice of union and liberation. The five unions are: in order to liberate with the profound path of secret instructions, method and wisdom are united; in order to clarify the deities and mandalas as self-liberated, the objects and senses are united; with the wisdom of individual discrimination, the knower and the known are united; in order to unite appearance and emptiness, the realm and wisdom are united; in order to realize the meaning of bliss and emptiness without defilement, the father and mother are united. The five liberations are: who is liberated? All sentient beings of the three realms are liberated. Where is liberation? In the ultimate realm of Dharma, in the pure space of the mother's womb. By what is liberation? From the nature of emptiness and compassion inseparable, with the view of the great and immeasurable powerful deity endowed with the four immeasurables, liberation occurs. Why is liberation? Sentient beings of ignorance and bad karma, although they desire happiness, do not know how to accomplish happiness, and engage in various actions of suffering. Those who wander in the six realms possessing the ten grounds are liberated by being embraced with great compassion. How is liberation accomplished? Liberation is accomplished through various doors of limitless actions. Fourth, the five vows of knowing are: the aggregate of form is Vairochana (Tibetan: རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད།); the aggregate of consciousness is Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ།); the aggregate of feeling is Ratnasambhava (Tibetan: རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན།); the aggregate of perception is Amitabha (Tibetan: སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས།); the aggregate of volition is Amoghasiddhi (Tibetan: དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པ་སྟེ།). The five aggregates are pure in their own place, and it should be known that they are the five victorious ones from the beginning, and the nature of space is Dharmadhatu Ishvari.

地的自性是佛眼（佛母名）！水的自性是嘛嘛枳（佛母名）！火的自性是白衣（佛母名）！风的自性是誓言度母！要知道五大种自性圆满具足五部佛母的自性，并且无有分离。 第五、要修持的五种誓言是：金刚部和、宝生部和、莲花部和、事业部和、如来部，要将五部的本尊众，修持成五身五智的自性。 五智是：如镜智和、平等性智和、妙观察智和、成所作智和、法界体性智等。 第三、二十五条秘密支分的誓言是： 不吃白狮子的肉，这叫做不轻蔑金刚上师的身躯！ 不挥舞铁制的剃刀，这叫做不和道友争吵！ 莫将如意宝自在王从胜幢顶上取下，这叫做不轻蔑上师，不以有量和足够为满足！ 这叫做不以有量和足够为满足！ 以兵器指向水晶球，这叫做不对上师起恶念！ 背负国王的宝库，这叫做不盗用上师的财物！ 在珍宝器皿中烹煮毒药，这叫做不与上师的明妃行淫，不说粗俗之语！ 莲花的蕊心四处飘散，这叫做不与道友的明妃，以及聚集在一个坛城中受持同一誓言的金刚兄弟姐妹行淫！ 打破宝盒，这叫做不破坏旧的传统！ 夺走灯的光彩，这叫做不障碍他人修禅定！ 让甘露的流水滴落，这叫做不向他人宣扬上师所说的秘密！ 破坏金刚帐篷，这叫做不擅自解除他人的禁制！ 砍断大鹏的翅膀，这叫做不障碍修持的人！ 跳入熊熊燃烧的火焰中，这叫做不进入封闭的场所！ 夺走日月的光芒，这叫做不对所有的金刚兄弟姐妹做恶行！ 携带未经鉴定的毒物，这叫做不携带未经鉴定的班杂标志！ 抓住老虎和狮子争斗的嘴巴，这叫做不调解寺院和僧人内部的争斗！

The essence of earth is Buddha Locana! The essence of water is Mamaki! The essence of fire is White-clad! The essence of wind is Samaya Tara! Know that the five elements are inherently complete within oneself as the essence of the five mothers of the families, and are inseparable. Fifth, the five vows to be practiced are: the Vajra family, the Ratna family, the Padma family, the Karma family, and the Tathagata family. The deities of the five families should be practiced as the nature of the five kayas and five wisdoms. The five wisdoms are: the mirror-like wisdom, the wisdom of equality, the wisdom of discernment, the wisdom of accomplishment, and the wisdom of the dharmadhatu. Third, the twenty-five secret branch vows are: Do not eat the meat of a white lion, which means do not despise the body of the Vajra Master! Do not wield an iron razor, which means do not quarrel with Dharma siblings! Do not take the wish-fulfilling jewel, the king of power, from the top of the victory banner, which means do not despise the Lama, and do not be content with measure and sufficiency! Pointing a weapon at a crystal ball means do not have evil thoughts towards the Lama! Carrying the king's treasury means do not embezzle the Lama's property! Cooking poison in a precious vessel means do not engage in sexual misconduct with the Lama's consort and do not speak vulgar words! Scattering the pollen of a lotus means do not engage in sexual misconduct with the consort of a Dharma friend, and with Vajra brothers and sisters who have gathered in one mandala and hold the same vows! Breaking open a treasure box means do not destroy old traditions! Stealing the light of a lamp means do not interrupt others' meditation! Letting the stream of nectar drip means do not proclaim to others the secrets spoken by the Lama! Breaking the Vajra tent means do not release others' boundaries without permission! Cutting off the wings of a great Garuda means do not hinder those who are practicing! Jumping into a blazing fire means do not enter a closed place! Stealing the rays of the sun and moon means do not commit evil deeds against all Vajra brothers and sisters! Holding untested poisonous substances means do not carry untested Bhandha symbols! Grabbing the mouths of fighting tigers and lions means do not mediate internal disputes between monasteries and practitioners!
