One should rely on it properly with unremitting diligence and a qualified master. From the Dakini Black Mother Tantra: From the practice of vital energy, in the innate wisdom of the four joys and bliss-emptiness, to the illusory beautiful goddess, bestow the seed of supreme enlightenment. The path of great bliss is the body of bliss. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Third, the order of the branches is six: the outer branches are twenty-five, the inner branches are twenty-five, the secret branches are twenty-five, the means of confessing transgressions, showing the faults of transgressions, and the benefits of complete protection. First, the vows of the twenty-five outer branches: First, the eight that are not given are not taken. First, the eight that are not taken are: the property of the lama vajra master, not even a needle and thread should be taken. If it is taken, one must experience suffering in the realm of the pretas for a kalpa. Because the vows are the same, the property of dharma brothers and sisters should not be taken; because the place is sacred, one should not take from the sangha and the place of meditators; because of great kindness, one should not use the property of parents without permission; because the obscurations are very great, one should not enjoy the offerings made at the time of Pratihari (梵文,Pratihari,Pratihari,Gatekeeper), and the offerings dedicated to the great tsok feast, and the property dedicated to temples and stupas such as Mahabodhi (梵文,Mahābodhi,Mahābodhi,Great Enlightenment). If one takes from them, one will be burned by the intensely blazing suffering of the pretas for three thousand great kalpas. Furthermore, even if it is used for the Dharma, one should not steal from ordinary people or anyone else; if one violates this, one will experience the suffering of the lower realms. Second, the eight that are taken without permission are: without permission, even if the lama says not to practice, one should practice; taking the means without permission, one should seek out the vidya wherever she may be; taking the objects without permission, one should steal the auspicious vase of Bhandha (梵文,Bhandha,Bhandha,Container) from whomever has it; the red liquid of a pure girl; the substances for accomplishing activities; the supports of dakinis and protectors; the corpse with auspicious signs; the wealth of a miser, etc., should all be taken and used. There are four types of impure conduct and four types of non-impure conduct: First, the four types of impure conduct are: a yogi whose body is fully matured and who is able to practice the vital energy of the four joys should bestow bliss on any vidya who has the signs.

One should pay special attention. If they become friends, they should also be accepted through deception and various methods. When the afflictions are fully matured into the nature of wisdom, one can enjoy any female with characteristics. Second, the four things that should not be done: One should not engage in improper conduct with fellow practitioners gathered in a single mandala; one should not engage in improper conduct with the consort of the guru; one should not engage in improper conduct with a bhikkhuni; one should not engage in improper conduct with a pregnant woman or a sick child. Four lies and four non-lies: The four lies are: Lying to proclaim the greatness of the Vajra King; lying for the sake of ten secrets. What are the ten secrets? Speaking for the sake of profound and uncommon views; speaking for the sake of the great conduct of union and liberation; speaking for the sake of quickly attaining accomplishment, for concealing the yidam deity; speaking for the sake of unobstructed activity, for concealing the signs of practice; speaking for the sake of concealing from others, for concealing the place of practice; speaking for the sake of avoiding meaningless chatter, for the sake of friends; speaking for the sake of concealing the substances of practice so that evil people do not develop wrong views; speaking for the sake of acting from secret to secret, for concealing the time of practice; speaking for the sake of making practice successful and attaining the eight common siddhis, for concealing the statues, implements, etc. of dakinis and dharma protectors; for the sake of happiness and auspiciousness in this life and the next; speaking for the sake of completely concealing all the secret vows proclaimed by the guru. If it benefits other sentient beings and becomes protection, lie; lie in order to introduce the consciousness of sentient beings to the sacred Dharma. The four non-lies are: Do not lie to one's own guru, the Vajra Acharya; do not lie to all fellow practitioners who share the same vows; do not lie because one's own evil desires are aroused, thereby causing harm to others; do not speak any useless or harmless nonsense. Four harsh words and four non-harsh words: The four harsh words are: Speak if it is beneficial to others; speak to destroy heretical non-Buddhists; speak to subdue the ten directions; speak to expel demons and obstacles. The four non-harsh words are: Do not speak if it harms others; do not speak in the state of the five poisons arising from within; do not speak for the sake of one's own evil desires; do not speak meaningless nonsense. Second, the vows of the twenty-five internal branches are in groups of five: Do not abandon.
