It is a symbol of being non-dual with the palace of the Victorious Ones. The throne adorned with decorations is built up, symbolizing the subjugation of all demons and heretical paths. The sounding of various drums, conches, and musical instruments is a symbol of proclaiming the sound of the Dharma in all ten directions. Furthermore, adorning with inconceivable varieties of arrangements is a symbol of bestowing the river of the four empowerments upon the faithful without diminishing. The Vajra Master, queen, consort, Dharma friends, and Dharma sisters are all fully present, symbolizing the possession of the five perfections. In the center of such a great palace, the Bhagavan, the self-nature of all Thus-gone Ones, the noble Avalokiteshvara, who dispels the darkness of ignorance, resides with a red body, radiant and bright red like a coral tree smeared with sesame oil, symbolizing the glory of possessing the compassion that controls all Buddhas of the three times, and embracing with the profound activity of liberating the beings of the six realms from samsara, therefore it is a symbol of following and clinging. Having one face is a symbol of having the sole Dharmakaya. Having four arms is a symbol of having immeasurable activities. Sitting in the vajra posture is a symbol of the non-duality of samsara and nirvana. The first two hands holding the vajra and bell are a symbol of the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom. The two hands below holding the rosary and vase are a symbol of raining down the desired accomplishments when engaging in recitation, practice, and activities. The hair piled up on the head and adorned with a crown is a symbol of completely overcoming the multitude of afflictions and manifesting the body and wisdom. The Lord of the Family, Amitabha, residing on the crown of the head is a symbol of being inseparable from the Dharmakaya mandala. Adorned with many jeweled garlands is a symbol of separately showing the multitude of eighty-four thousand Dharma doors without mixing them. In his lap, the Dakini, the Secret Wisdom Goddess, the mother who perfectly generates all the Buddhas of the three times, embracing the red body inseparably, is a symbol of bestowing the accomplishment of the wisdom of the four joys. In the right hand of that supreme mother is a lotus.

Holding a sharp curved knife symbolizes cutting off the root of ignorance and birth and death. Holding a vase of life in the left hand symbolizes bestowing the accomplishment of immortal life. Having youthful radiance, being red and full of vitality symbolizes the perfection of all blissful qualities in the body. Being adorned with many ornaments and garlands symbolizes that all appearances are subdued and purified in the realm of reality. On the right and left sides, the son holding a jewel and the daughter holding the secret mantra, residing inseparable, symbolize that skillful means and wisdom are inseparable, and with profound activities, without effort, all beings of the three realms are placed in the Buddha-field. The lotus powerful one residing in the back symbolizes the complete liberation of the four maras and arrogant ones who cannot be subdued by peaceful means, through profound and powerful activities. The Bhagavan, the noble Avalokiteśvara, surrounded by the five families of fathers and mothers, symbolizes the spontaneous accomplishment of the five bodies. Being surrounded by the eight bodhisattvas and eight consorts symbolizes that all bodhisattvas and consorts naturally arise from the unimpeded play of the eight consciousnesses and eight objects purified into their natural state. The assembly of the Bhagavan, the six Thubpas, being fully manifest, symbolizes leading all beings of the six realms from the six perfections to the field of liberation. The bodies of the thousand and two Buddhas of the Good Aeon residing without being mixed, symbolize that until the cycle of the three realms is completely emptied, they will manifest in whatever form is necessary to tame beings, thereby emptying the cycle of existence, dispelling all habitual tendencies, and placing beings in the field of irreversible liberation. O sons of the lineage, with strong devotion and longing, truly behold this great and sacred realm that dispels the darkness of ignorance, and request all the desired accomplishments! Thus speaking, offer a mandala to the deity assembly of the mandala. The sixth is empowerment, which is conferred sequentially upon qualified individuals at the time of completion of practice, approach, and activities. If only empowerment is performed, it should be done in accordance with the occasion of five, three, or seven days, etc., and should be elaborated or condensed according to reason. If it is connected with practice, then one must know how to combine the preliminary empowerment with the three practices. The ritual should be without error.
