Among all the descriptions of the kalpas, this thirteenth of the twenty-fifth realm, adorned with the base and essence of flowers, called the "Tolerant" world, was formed. Vajradhara himself manifested from the Sambhogakaya into the Nirmanakaya, and in order to purify the five skandhas of beings, he initially manifested the nature of the five perfections twelve times. The perfect Dharma was the Great Perfection of Self-Arising Awareness Tantra, the Manifest Light Tantras, and countless other tantras. The perfect time was when the lifespan was sixty thousand years. The seventh perfect place was in a cave in the land of the rakshasas, which had the sound of rulu. The perfect teacher was the angry king of the sages. The ninth perfect place was under the Bodhi tree in the land of the Mongolians with jade eyebrows. The perfect teacher was the wisdom of enjoying love. The perfect retinue was countless bodhisattvas. The perfect Dharma was the seventh illusion, and so on. The perfect time was when the lifespan was one thousand years. The tenth perfect place was Vulture Peak. The perfect teacher was the elder Kashyapa. The perfect retinue was the venerable Kashyapa Light Good and seven others. The perfect Dharma was the Sutra Pitaka, the Vinaya Zhi Ya, the Vinaya Anu, and so on, eight hundred thousand. The perfect time was when the lifespan was five hundred years. The eleventh perfect place was Vajrasana. The perfect teacher was the Manifestly Perfect King. The perfect retinue was the lords of the three families. The perfect Dharma was the one and only definitive meaning vehicle. The perfect time was when the lifespan was three
