Thus speak: Homage to the Great Vajradhara Guru and, Sugata Bhagavan, Grant the ripening liberation of body, speech, and mind, Request blessings and wisdom empowerment. After praying in this way, from the heart of the supreme teacher Dharma Ocean, which is clear in the manifestation of the wisdom play, emanates a red Hum syllable, red rays of light, hot to the touch, swift in nature, like many shooting stars in the sky, striking the clear manifestation of the wisdom play in the heart of the supreme Dharma Ocean, meditate on becoming aimless great emptiness, and rest without fabrication. The Lama raises the hand implement to the sky, uttering the Hum sound three times, and remains in equipoise. Again, like a bubble bursting from water, or like a rainbow appearing from space, in an instant, visualize appearing as the body of the Tathagata, with a cluster of red Hum syllables, the seed of the heart, possessing splendor, empowering, and meditate on obtaining the secret, inconceivable empowerment of the Tathagata's heart. Again, thinking of requesting the complete empowerment, say this: Homage to the Great Vajradhara Guru and, Sugata Bhagavan, Grant the ripening liberation of body, speech, and mind, Request blessings and wisdom empowerment. After praying in this way, offer this torma to the manifestation of the wisdom play of the Tathagata Arhat Perfectly Complete Buddha Dharma Ocean, and to the crown of your heads, surrounded by all the Bodhisattvas and Arhats.

Empowerment Ritual Compilation in Black Script. The nectar of the sacred Dharma, this compilation of empowerment rituals in black script, is written for the needs of oneself and others in village rituals, etc. Homage to all the noble Tathagatas! I, the translator Kluwang, respectfully prostrated and circumambulated Guru Rinpoche, offered a golden mandala, and requested with a silver bowl filled with chang: For the benefit of future beings, please grant the blessings and empowerment of the Tathagatas, a profound and concise instruction. The Great Teacher said: Son of noble family, listen carefully and write it down. Desiring to perform the empowerment of the aspirations of the Supreme Tathagata, the dwelling should be cleaned and sprinkled with incense and fragrant water. The platform should be beautifully arranged according to the size of the mandala and anointed with camphor water. On it, place eight vases filled with one-third fragrant water, adorned with protective threads, conches, fruit-bearing branches, and peacock feathers, in the center and directions. On top of a jewel mandala, place a beautiful torma made by mixing honey, molasses, butter, fragrant water, etc., as available, in front of the main vase. Scatter clean barley or flour made into round tormas with decorations around the outside of the mandala, according to the number of deities.
