From the supreme pure lands of Akanishta Dharmadhatu Palace and the Dharma Banner, a wisdom being identical to meditation, with a clear and distinct form, speech possessing the inherent sound of the Ali Kali, and a white vajra at the heart radiating white light, like rain falling into a great ocean, dissolving into the body at the crown of my head. The seed of attaining the state of the Nirmanakaya is planted in the lineage. Second, in order to request the speech empowerment, say this: Homage to the great Vajradhara guru and, The Sugata Bhagavat, Grant the maturation and liberation of body, speech, and mind, I request the empowerment of blessings and wisdom. Having made this request, from the heart of the guru Bhagavat Chos grags rgya mtsho, which is clear as sound, the mantra garland rides on a horse of white light. You all enter the mouth of Bhagavat Chos grags rgya mtsho, who is clear. Rotating to the right on the moon seat in the heart, meditate on receiving the blessings of the speech of the sound of Bhagavat Chos grags rgya mtsho, and recite the long mantra and the near-heart mantra. Visualize offering a garland of white flowers to each guru. This precious garland of white flowers, I offer to the great Vajra Holder, please accept it, Supreme deity, victorious Bhagavat, Grant me the desired accomplishments that are in accordance. Saying this, the guru's mantra garland is placed on the crowns of the disciples. The voice of the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Completed Buddha Chos grags rgya mtsho, has been well bestowed upon this disciple. Having taken hold of this one, Grant the accomplishments of mantra, And may the fruit of the Sambhogakaya be attained.
