Again, thinking that you wish to request the complete empowerment, say this: Homage to the great Vajradhara master and the Sugata Bhagavan. Grant the maturation and liberation of body, speech, and mind. I request the empowerment of blessings and wisdom. Having prayed thus, may this torma, the Tathagata, Arhat, perfectly and completely enlightened Buddha, the King of Medicine, surrounded by all the Bodhisattva Arhats, come upon the crowns of your heads and bless you, so that you may believe that in this very moment, you will receive all the compassion and blessings of past aspirations and vows. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ, the perfectly and completely enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni, the secret lord Vajrapani, Guru Padmasambhava, Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, Abbot Shantarakshita, Dharma King Trisong Detsen, Great Translator Vairochana, kind root guru, may all the Buddhas and their retinues bless you. In particular, may the Bhagavan Bhaisajyaguru, the King of Light of Lapis Lazuli, through the power of the compassion and blessings of the empowerment, fill the world with light and make beings possess excellent marks. May he eliminate the fear of darkness with the light of his body. May he make those who remember him in their minds have abundant enjoyment and be endowed with happiness. May he lead the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas onto the path of the Great Vehicle. May he make all who keep the precepts completely pure. May he also liberate those with wrong views from the lower realms.

Please grant that those who are hungry and impoverished may obtain food and drink. Please grant that the elderly, the helpless, may obtain food and clothing, etc., and that all the grace, compassion, and blessings of these great aspirations may be obtained by these Vajra disciples. Again, in order to receive the empowerment of the Well-Named, Widely Known, Glorious King, please join your palms with strong devotion and pray, reciting the following: Homage to the Great Vajradhara Guru! Sugata, Bhagavan! Grant the maturation and liberation of body, speech, and mind! Grant the empowerment of blessings and wisdom! Please request three times in this way. Then, the refuge and bodhicitta: Homage, offering, I take refuge! Tathagata, victorious king! Great destroyer, Vajra body! Great hero, possessing great power! Protect us from the fears of samsara! All of you, please maintain a good posture and generate the following visualization: On the crown of your head, on a lotus and moon seat, a yellow Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) syllable marked with vowels and consonants radiates light, purifying the obscurations of all sentient beings. Offering to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, collecting blessings, dissolving into the seed syllable, completely transforming, from which appears the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, the Well-Named, Widely Known, Glorious King, golden in color, with a smiling face, blazing with his own light. With feet in the vajra posture, making the mudra of refuge and meditation. The head has a crown protuberance, the feet have wheels, adorned with excellent marks and signs, wearing monastic robes, clearly visualize that on the crown of the head, a white wheel is marked with the syllable Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡). At the throat, a red lotus is marked with the syllable Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿).
