From the beautiful pure land of the city of medicine, contemplate the wisdom being, clear in form and distinct in appearance, like one in meditation. Their speech is the natural sound of Āli Kālī, their heart is a blue vajra marked with the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit: हूँ,hūṃ,seed syllable), and many radiant blue rays of light, like rain falling into a great ocean, dissolve into the crown of your head. Generate this faith. The invitation is: Hūṃ! Supreme noble body, victorious Thus-gone-ones, You who in countless eons past, Although you have already attained perfect enlightenment, Yet with compassion, you have not abandoned the foolish me, Sinking in the ocean of suffering without refuge or protector. Alas! Wretched, I cry out in a feeble voice, With loving compassion, consider and come to this place. In this last of all kalpas, in the last of the last, If you do not heed my heartfelt cries, What use is the great compassion of the noble ones? Arrange the offerings, generate fervent longing, Remember your past vows and aspirations, And please come to this place of creation. By the power of compassion, please come to this place. By the strength of blessings, please come to this place. By the force of miraculous power, please come to this place. Namaḥ sarva tathāgatāya pheṃ pheṃ āveśaya āḥ āḥ (梵文:namaḥ sarva tathāgatāya pheṃ pheṃ āveśaya āḥ āḥ,Homage to all Tathāgatas, pheṃ pheṃ, descend, āḥ āḥ). Recite this, place a flower on your crown, and place the vajra on the three places (head, throat, heart). Oṃ āḥ hūṃ tiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ tiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā,Om Ah Hum, stand firm, Vajra, Svaha). Recite this, then focus your awareness and faith, and with palms joined, recite: Bhagavan, Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One, Possessing knowledge and conduct, Well-gone, Knower of the world, Unsurpassed guide of beings, Supreme charioteer, Teacher of gods and humans, Buddha, Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light, together with your retinue, I prostrate to you! I offer! I take refuge! Please grant your blessings! Three times. Having prayed in this way and focused your faith, the Bhagavan, Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One, Medicine King Buddha, with a smiling face, says: "Son or daughter of noble family, may all the obscurations of your three doors be purified and cleansed, and may you become a vessel worthy of empowerment." Having said this, he transforms into a mass of light and dissolves into your three doors, the body of the Thus-gone-one.
