། །O Sugata, Bhagavan! Bestow the maturation and liberation of body, speech, and mind. I request the empowerment of blessings and wisdom. Having prayed in this way, visualize the master clearly as the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha, from whose heart emanates a yellow Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), yellow rays of light, hot to the touch, swift in nature, many like shooting stars in the sky. Meditate that you yourselves, clear as Shakyamuni Buddha, are struck by the light, and transformed into the great emptiness devoid of focus, and remain without artifice. The lama raises the hand implement to the sky and utters the sound Hūṃ three times, then remains in equipoise. Again, like a bubble bursting from water or a rainbow appearing from space, in an instant you all appear as the body of the Tathagata, with a cluster, the seed-syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) of the mind, yellow and radiant, empowering you.
