གཅིག་གིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་མཐུས་བདག་ཅག་གིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻཌཱུརྱའི་འོད་དེའི་མཚན་ཐོས་ཏེ། བདག་ཅག་ཡང་ངན་འགྲོར་འཆི་བའི་འཇིགས་པ་འབྱུང་བར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེས་ན་བདག་ཅག་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ་མཐུན་པར་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཆོས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་དང་། སྨན་པ་དང་བདེ་བའི་ཆེད་དུ་སྤྲོ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །བྱེ་བྲག་ཏུ་ནི། གྲོང་ངམ་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་རམ་གྲོང་བརྡལ་ལམ། དགོན་པའི་གནས་གང་ན་མདོ་འདི་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་། གང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻཌཱུརྱའི་འོད་དེའི་མཚན་འཆང་བ་དང་། མཆོད་པ་དང་རིམ་གྲོར་བགྱིད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་བདག་གིས་བཟུང་བར་བགྱིད། ཡོངས་སུ་གནོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཐར་བར་བགྱིད། བསམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བགྱིའོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་ལ་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བྱིན་ཏེ། གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་སྡེ་དཔོན་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་གང་གི་ཕྱིར་ཁྱེད་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻཌཱུརྱའི་འོད་དེ་ལ་བྱ་བ་གཟོ་ཞིང་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་ལ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཞུགས་པ་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་འཁོར་དེའི་ནང་ནས་ལྷའི་བུ་ཤེས་རབ་ཆུང་ངུ་ཁ་ཅིག་འདི་སྙམ་དུ་སེམས་ཏེ། ཇི་ལྟར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གངྒཱའི་ཀླུང་གི་བྱེ་མ་སྙེད་འདས་པ་ན། རྣམ་པར་བཞུགས་པའི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དེ་དག་གི་མཚན་ཐོས་པ་དང་། བཟུང་བ་ཙམ་གྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཁྱད་པར་འདི་ལྟ་བུར་འགྱུར་སྙམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པས་ལྷའི་བུ་བློ་ཆུང་ངུ་དེ་དག་གི་སེམས་ཀྱི་རྟོག་པ་ཐུགས་ཀྱིས་མཁྱེན་ནས། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཞིང་བསྐུལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལ་སྙོམས་པར་བཞུགས་སོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དེ་ལ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་མ་ཐག་ཏུ། སྟོང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟོང་ཆེན་པོ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་གཡོས་སོ། །ལྷའི་ཙན་དན་གྱི་ཕྱེ་མ་དང་། མེ་ཏོག་གི་སྤྲིན་གྱི་ཆར་ཡང་བབས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་བདུན་པོ་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་མི་མཇེད་འདིར་གཤེགས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྔོན་གྱི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ལྷའི་སེང་གེའི་ཁྲི་ལ་བཞུགས་ཤིང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ནི་བསྐོར། ལྷ་དང་། ཀླུ་དང་། གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་། དྲི་ཟ་དང་། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་དང་། ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་དང་། མིའམ་ཅི་དང་། ལྟོ་འཕྱེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་། བློན་པོ་དང་། བྲམ་ཟེ་དང་། ཁྱིམ་བདག་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོར་ཏེ་ཆོས་སྟོན་ཅིང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་དང་ཐབས་ཅིག་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྣང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་ལྷའི་བུ་དེ་དག་དང་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་འཁོར་དེ་ངོ་མཚར་དུ་གྱུར་ནས་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་གསོལད་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་ལ་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་གསོལ་ནས། འཁོར་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་རང་གི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བའི་བསོད་ནམས་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་མེ་ཏོག་དང་། བདུག་པ་དང་། སྤོས་དང་། ཕྲེང་བ་དང་། བྱུག་པ་དང་། སྤུད་པ་དང་། རྒྱན་རྣམས་དང་། ལྷའི་རོལ་མོའི་སྒྲ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དེ་དག་ལ་མངོན་པར་མཆོད་དེ། ལན་གསུམ་བསྐོར་བ་བྱས་ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །ཀྱེ་མ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཡུལ་དང་། སྔོན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་གྱི་ཁྱད་པར་དང་། ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པ་ནི་ངོ་མཚར་དུ་བགྱི་བ་ལགས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཡུལ་གྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུརད་ཅིག ཅེས་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་སྨོན་ལམ་དེ་ལྟར་བཏབ་བོ། །དེ་ནས་འཇམ་དཔལ་གཞོན་ནུར་གྱུར་པ་སྟན་ལས་ལངས་ཏེ། ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་ནས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དེ་དག་ལ་ལན་བདུན་བསྐོར་བ་བྱས་ཏེ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དེ་དག་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །ཀྱེ་མ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་། ཐབས་ལ་མཁས་པ་དང་། སེམས་ཅན་ཡོངས་སུ་སྨིན་པར་མཛད་པ་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་བོ། །ཡང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཇི་ལྟར་སླད་མའི་ཚེ་སླད་མའི་དུས་ན། སེམས་ཅན་བསོད་ནམས་ཆུང་བ། བྲོ་ནད་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་གཟིར་བ། གནོད་སེམས་སུ་གྱུར་པ། གཟའ་དང་རྒྱུ་སྐར་གྱི་གནོད་པ་བྱུང་བ། འཆི་བ་དང་། དགྲ་དང་། དགོན་པས་གནོད་པར་གྱུར་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇིགས་པ་ལས་བསྐྱབ་པ་དང་། མགོན་བགྱིད་པ་དང་། སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གིས་བཅངས་སམ་ཡི་གེར་འབྲིའམ། ཡི་གེར་འབྲིར་གསོལ་ཏམ། འདོན་ན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་དགོངས་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་མཐོང་བ་དང་། བསམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། ལོག་པར་ལྟུང་བར་མི་མཆི་བ་དང་། དུས་མ་ལགས་པར་འགུམ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྔོན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་གྱི་བྱིན

One of them addressed the Blessed One, saying: "Through the power of the Buddha, we have heard the name of the Blessed One, the Tathagata, Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, and we will no longer experience the fear of death in the lower realms. Therefore, we will unite together and, for as long as we live, take refuge in the Buddha! Take refuge in the Dharma! Take refuge in the Sangha! We will strive for the benefit of all sentient beings, and for healing and happiness. In particular, wherever in a village, city, town, or monastery this sutra is practiced, and wherever sentient beings uphold, offer to, and honor the name of the Blessed One, the Tathagata, Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, I will protect them, completely liberate them from all harm, and completely fulfill all their wishes." Then, the Blessed One gave the great yaksha commanders a word of praise, saying, "Well done!" Great yaksha commanders, it is excellent, excellent that you have undertaken to honor and remember the Blessed One, the Tathagata, Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, and to benefit all sentient beings! Then, some of the less intelligent sons of the gods in that assembly thought to themselves: "If merely hearing and holding the names of those Tathagatas who dwell beyond Buddha-fields as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River can bring such extraordinary qualities to all sentient beings..." Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, knowing the thoughts of those less intelligent sons of the gods, entered into the samadhi called "Activating All Tathagata Realms." As soon as the Blessed One entered that samadhi, all the world realms of the three-thousand great-thousand world system shook violently. Surrounded by all the Bodhisattvas, completely surrounded by gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, kings, ministers, brahmins, and householders, teaching the Dharma, the Bhagavan Tathagata Shakyamuni and skillful means appear everywhere together. Then, those sons of gods and the retinue endowed with all were amazed and said "Good!", and said "Good, good!" to the Bhagavan Tathagata Shakyamuni. All those retinues offered supreme worship to those Tathagatas with flowers, incense, perfumes, garlands, unguents, powders, ornaments, and the sounds of heavenly music, all arising from their own roots of virtue and merit, circumambulated them three times, and spoke these words: "How wonderful! The Buddha-field of the Buddha Bhagavan, and the distinction of past aspirations, and skillful means, are truly marvelous! May all sentient beings attain such a samadhi of the Buddha-field!" All those sentient beings made such aspirations. Then, Manjushri, become a youth, arose from his seat, folded his palms, circumambulated those Tathagatas seven times, and spoke these words to those Tathagatas: "How wonderful! The blessing of the Tathagatas' samadhi, and skillful means, and making sentient beings fully ripen, are inconceivable!" Furthermore, Bhagavan, how in future times, in future periods, can one protect from all fears those sentient beings of little merit, those completely tormented by diseases, those who have become harmful-minded, those who have experienced harm from planets and stars, and those harmed by death, enemies, and solitary places, and be their protector, and if those sentient beings hold or write, or have others write, or recite, then the Tathagata will remember, will see the Tathagata, all wishes will be fulfilled, they will not fall into wrong paths, they will not die untimely, and the blessing of the Tathagatas' past aspirations
