如同国王的监狱一般。 阻碍佛法的亲友如同狱卒一般。 这因果之法如同身体和影子一般。 暇满人身如同春天的鲜花一般。 死主魔鬼如同秋天的冰雹一般。 生命没有空闲如同油尽的酥油灯一般。 眷属朋友们也如同树上的鸟群一般。 取舍善恶如同孩童的沙堡一般。 受用财物如同蜜蜂的蜂蜜一般。 赞毁苦乐如同梦中的显现一般。 因此放下今生，依止寂静山林。 临终无悔，修持精要。 一生都投入佛法吧，善男子。 这是应大圣地斯波涅的修行僧侣丹巴坚赞的要求而献上的。 那摩 咕噜 惹那 贝雅（藏文，梵文天城体，Namo guru ratna bhyaḥ，敬礼 गुरु रत्न भ्यः，Namo guru ratna bhyaḥ，敬礼 गुरु रत्न भ्यः，敬礼 गुरु रत्न भ्यः，敬礼上师宝）。 皈依一切诸佛的总集，大悲之主。 于无与伦比的伟大成就者。 我祈祷，请您垂视。 上师以大恩加持我。 将轮回涅槃二者包含的一切法。 仅是显现，仅是符号，实则无分别。 苦乐感受在心中生起时。 心的本体是明空无执。 明晃晃、空荡荡的觉受一切皆好。 见其义，悟其义，如是安住。 以忆念从外策动，以证悟从内策动等。 修行的程度真是稀有。 如今就这样，如先前一样安住。 本初清净的自心远离戏论。 无需修持，解脱于能执的边。 无有散乱，守护不可言说的自性。 忆念、分别、显现、错觉、习气、善恶等。 如冰雪融化成水，如天空乌云消散。 自空、自解脱、自消融、自安住。 无有取舍，如河流般行持。 人生没有空闲，如同西山的夕阳。 忆念死亡，将修行推向极致。 一切诸法皆是无常，没有实义。 思维有为法之怖畏，增长修证。 轮回之处没有安乐的机会。 务必于今日抓住解脱的绳索。 这是应圣地斯波涅的嘛呢巴的要求而献上的。 那摩 玛哈 咕噜 耶（藏文，梵文天城体，Namo mahā guru ye，敬礼 महा गुरु ये，Namo mahā guru ye，敬礼 महा गुरु ये，敬礼 महा गुरु ये，敬礼大上师）。 皈依无与伦比的邬金上师。 于父亲成就者莲花种姓。 以信心、虔诚、悲切之心祈祷。 上师以大恩加持我。 显

Like a king's prison. Relatives who hinder the Dharma path are like prison guards. This Dharma of cause and effect is like the body and its shadow. A human body with leisure and opportunity is like a spring flower. The Lord of Death, the demon, is like autumn hail. Life has no spare time, like a butter lamp with oil running out. Companions and friends are also like flocks of birds on trees. Accepting good and rejecting bad is like a child's sandcastle. Enjoyment of wealth and possessions is like honey from bees. Praise and blame, happiness and suffering, are like appearances in a dream. Therefore, renounce this life and rely on solitary mountain retreats. Practice single-pointedly so that you have no regrets at the time of death. Dedicate your whole life to the Dharma, son of noble family. This was offered according to the request of the meditating monk Tenzin Gyaltsen of the great sacred site of Pönne. All phenomena, encompassing both samsara and nirvana. Are merely appearances, merely symbols, in essence without conceptualization. When feelings of happiness and suffering arise in the mind. The nature of the mind is clear, empty, and without grasping. All experiences of vividness and emptiness are good. Seeing the meaning, realizing the meaning, abiding in that very state. With memory urging from without, and realization urging from within, and so forth. The measure of practice is truly wondrous. Now, remain in that state, just as before. The naturally pure mind from the beginning is free from elaboration. There is no need to meditate, it is free from the extremes of grasping. Be without distraction, maintain the inexpressible natural state. All thoughts, concepts, appearances, illusions, habitual tendencies, good and bad. Like ice melting into water, like clouds clearing in the sky. Self-empty, self-liberated, self-dissolving, self-abiding. Without acceptance or rejection, act like the flow of a river. Life has no spare time, like the setting sun on the western mountains. Remembering death, bring your practice to its culmination. All dharmas are impermanent, without essence. Thinking of the dangers of conditioned phenomena, increase your realization. In the realm of samsara, there is no opportunity for happiness. Be sure to seize the path to liberation today.
