I practice without mixed grasping. If clarity and obscurity arise, do not become emptiness. Strive with unwavering diligence. Dreams and clear light are experiences of clear light. Good and bad are without grasping, please practice accordingly. Be skilled in Tögal, adept at guiding sunlight, please see. When close to the sun, avoid things that are harmful to the eyes. Adopt the upright posture of a hermit, sitting appropriately. Within the expanse, the Vajra chain. Abide in it thus, never separate. Bindus and subtle bindus, the chain-like body. As they arise, without grasping. Wisdom is perfected, Dharma is exhausted into the expanse. Human body is meaningful, today attain the three accomplishments. Accumulate meaningfully, perfect the two accumulations. From the depths of your heart, meditate on the impermanence and death of conditioned things. Grasp the solitary mountains, the source of happiness. This was offered to the accomplished Wangyal of Pöné Drakkar, the Guru's practice place. Namo Guru Bidhara. The glorious Buddhas of the three times, in human form. I am the protector of the unprotected, with great compassion. If you speak his name, he is the Padma lineage holder. I prostrate to the father, the master of accomplishment. Primordially liberated, the nature of reality itself. Beyond the boundaries of enemies and friends, happiness and suffering, acceptance and rejection. Like a river flowing from the center of a lotus. The essence of water, without stains or obscurations. Likewise, although the mind abides within the elements. The five sense doors, the eight consciousnesses. Are unstained and unpolluted, free from benefit and harm. The three times and timelessness, free from arising and ceasing, free from elaboration. Samsara and Nirvana are inseparable, the essence is beyond the intellect. This is the view of seeing the unseen. The supreme intention of all Buddhas, Sugatas. In its ungrasping, beyond-mind, self-luminous nature. Whatever appearances and thoughts arise. Like bird tracks leaving no trace in the sky. The three times are free from thought, abiding naturally. How can there be good or bad distinctions? Sometimes there is nothing to do. Whether there is intention or not, there is no difference. The essence is self-born, free from elaboration, naked liberation. Practice thus, free from scattered grasping and the delusions of practice. The true meaning practice, the profound meaning, Emaho! The skillful play of dreams, day visions, and samadhi. In the environment of daytime freedom, self-power, and Dharmata. As you become skilled, nighttime luminosity will also appear. If you cling to daytime luminosity, then nighttime

Apprehending appearances is difficult. Roughness may disappear, but gentleness mainly arises. When sleeping, maintain the samadhi of dream yoga, In whatever posture is comfortable: like a sage sitting, in the lotus position, or in the lion posture. In conjunction with the trulkhor exercises, visualize the lama on your crown. Repeatedly pray to be able to grasp dreams. The lama dissolves into light, merging with yourself, blending heart and mind. Your own body becomes a five-colored mass of light, with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) in the center. Focus your mind on the blazing five-colored light, Relaxing appropriately as you fall asleep, the appearances of dreams Will gradually become clearer and more easily grasped. In this life, regard a single session of dreaming as an appearance, Abandoning attachment to permanence and turning to Dharma. Conditioned things are impermanent, like bubbles in water, Cut off clinging attachment and turn to Dharma. The lama is the embodiment of the Buddhas of the three times, Pray with faith and devotion, without straying from Dharma. The Three Roots, Dharma Protectors, and supreme protectors are the sole refuge, Practice diligently, without straying from Dharma. The six kinds of beings all possess the nature of parents, Dedicate merit and make vast aspirations, without straying from Dharma. This was offered to the meditator Tendzin Chöpel (bstan 'dzin chos 'phel) of the sacred place of Spom-ne, as requested. Namo Guru Padmakaraya (Tibetan: ན་མོ་གྷུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཀ་ར་ཡཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो गुरु पद्म करया, Sanskrit Romanization: Namo guru padma karaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to Guru Padmakara). The essence of the Buddhas of the three times, the refuge of beings, Great Orgyen, Lama Guru, We pray to you, bless the stream of wisdom. Listen, fortunate sons of noble family! Appearances and existence, the environment and its contents, the happiness and suffering of the three times, The objects of perception, the perceiving mind, view, meditation, conduct, and result, Are not separate; they are the magical display of the mind. Many different appearances are actually of one taste, inexpressible, and all of one piece. The directions and intermediate directions of the world, and all the rivers, Although they flow separately in different directions, Merge into one in the vast ocean. Even if your own mind attains the state of the three kayas, The one who attains it is still the mind. The suffering of samsara and the lower realms, Even when experienced, is not other than your own mind. The creator of samsara and nirvana, the lord of all beings, Your own mind is insubstantial, a deceptive illusion. Upon the illusory nature of the illusion created by illusion, Examine it in the three times, and analyze it well in the three times, Like the actions of a child, Clinging to existence is a meaningless delusion. In the great expanse of the naturally pure nature of reality, There is no arising or ceasing in the three times; it is all of one piece. In the self-radiance of the uncontrived, original nature, self-liberated, Abide in a state beyond words and beyond the intellect!
