According to the texts of Dzogchen instructions, may you accomplish the exhaustion of phenomena at the limit. Within the view of profound Trekchö (Tibetan), subdue the profound Tögal (Tibetan) path to its target. Upward, do not expect the state of Buddhahood, the self-mind of Kadak (Tibetan) is primordially Buddha. Downward, do not fear the realm of suffering, the delusion of pleasure and pain is without root. This is the oral instruction of the four assurances of upward and downward. The so-called view of permanence refers to attachment to bliss and clarity. The so-called view of nihilism refers to attachment to non-thought and emptiness. Although this is not the eternalism and nihilism of outsiders, it is a wrong path for yogis. On these wrong paths of error, may you, child, abide free from hope and fear. Samsara and Nirvana, and the self-mind, the space of primordial liberation, in the inexpressible, beyond-mind, all-penetrating, without dividing into session intervals, may you cultivate self-liberation, son of the lineage. Emaho! This samsara is like a child's game. This nirvana is like a rainbow appearing in space. This conditioned phenomenon is like an appearance in a dream. This leisure and endowment is like a summer flower. This lord of death is like an autumn lightning. This enjoyment is like the honey of a bee. These enemies and friends are like guests at a market. Good and bad are like children chasing rainbows. Ah! All the phenomena of samsara and nirvana are so amazing. Even more amazing than that is this self-mind. Child, make the inexpressible the core of practice. Namo Guru Ratna Ye (Tibetan, Devanagari: नमो गुरु रत्न ये, Romanized Sanskrit: Namo guru ratna ye, Literal meaning: Homage to the Guru Jewel). Refuge in the embodiment of all Buddhas, pray to the supreme Lama, pray for the blessings of the kind Lama. You, child who practices the true meaning, please listen attentively in a state of non-distraction. The essence of one's own mind is uncreated, beyond recognition, color, and shape. Symbols and examples are originally unnecessary. There is no object of focus in birth, cessation, and the three times. Existence and non-existence, coming and going, are exhausted in the sphere of reality. Even the various habitual patterns of the field of appearance are like the traceless path of birds in the sky. There is no establishment in terms of parts. The four negations are rootless and pure from the beginning. This is the realization of the Great Perfection. Since it is free from the object of thought and the subject of thought, there is neither something to meditate on nor someone who meditates. It transcends the extremes of meditation and non-meditation. Distraction and liberation are also mind-made dharmas. Mind-made and conceptual thoughts are subtle, coarse, and large. Whatever is entered is a fault of view and meditation.

Alas, the path of straying! Never tread the evil path. At times, when body and mind are filled with bliss, And awareness dawns nakedly, Without any conceptual thought, Blank and dazed, empty like the sky. Experiences of bliss-clarity and non-thought, are signs of the essence of the illusory body's elements, And the mingling of the emptiness of mind itself. This is a companion on the path and stage of both Mahamudra and Dzogchen. Be free from grasping at perceptions. At times, when the dust storm of habitual patterns of the five poisons arises, Recognizing it as the play of your own mind, Remaining in equanimity is just as it is. Constantly, without the slightest attachment to meditating on this or that, That unwavering, stable mindfulness is the freedom from elaboration of the Dharma Mahamudra. Your bad view and meditation are worse than good view and meditation. Just seeing the beginning of Dzogchen's Trekchö, And thinking that's the end of Dzogchen's teachings, Without realizing the meaning, strive in practice! The rainbow light bindus of Tögal, The five perfections and lights adorned with bindus. In the center of the white light bindu, Samantabhadra. All Good) The red, wrathful Heruka, the blood-drinker, And the A-tsara light rays like needles. (藏文:ཨ།,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) All of that is a sign of increasing measure. The bindu is vast, the center empty, Your own mind is non-thought, dazed. It's the same as the previous state of freedom from elaboration. Aho! From before countless eons, The precious teachings like immeasurable sunlight, And the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble assemblies, Countless kings, queens, retinues, and servants, Outer world and inner beings, all at once, All impermanent, the nature of compounded things revealed itself. From the beginning of beings in this realm until today, Beings who remain permanent are also like that. Now, our illusory bodies, And all the three thousand worlds, at the end of time, Seven fires and one water will turn into one sky. Alas! These compounded things, how they decay! In this place where there is nothing to rely on, Strive from the heart, achieve liberation today! Accumulate without attachment, abandon the activities of this life. Accumulate without clinging, generate faith in compounded things. Adopt and abandon with measure, observe cause and effect meticulously. Practice pure perception, abandon sectarian bias. Generate compassion, contemplate the six realms as parents. Generate Bodhicitta.
