孩子不要溺爱娇生惯养。 敌人是声名远扬的死神魔王， 不知何时到来没有准信， 派人盯防死神和魔王。 思念死亡精进修法。 飞来横祸、障碍、疾病、邪魔， 不知何时突然爆发， 舍弃大事小事精进修法。 一切事物无常没有意义， 今生幸福、安乐、财富、权势等， 如同梦境中的景象一般， 被执着于无意义的贪念所迷惑。 现在不要贪恋，舍弃今生的事务， 不要执着，不要追随虚幻的显现。 轮回六道无论生于何处， 都是痛苦波涛汹涌之地， 是没有片刻安乐的处所。 必须舍弃这个身体。 不要只顾念诵经文， 放下自己的吃喝拉撒，进行思考。 守护戒律，表里如一至关重要， 如果自己不救自己， 他人想要救助非常困难。 六度万行和十善业， 无论多么微小也不轻视，努力修持。 十不善业和五无间罪， 即使看起来微小也不轻视，努力断除。 总而言之，这神圣的佛法， 如果不从内心努力修持， 念诵经文难以奏效。 不善业、堕罪、罪恶之事， 如果不从内心发誓断除， 就没有到达善趣的时候。 将具德上师顶戴于头顶， 饮用甚深教言的甘露， 前往寂静之处和深山修行， 在心中牢记坚定的誓言。 忍受衣食住行的三种损失， 将贪恋和嗔恨远远抛弃， 抛弃亲戚和轮回的磐石， 不知何时死亡，精进修法。 出家僧尼们，舍弃轮回， 努力获得解脱的途径。 如是说。 另外，当达波丹嘎（དྭགས་པོ་ལྡན་སྒ）的众多施主请求唱诵时所说：嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：圆满），阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：生起），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：降伏），班匝（藏文：བཛྲ，梵文天城体：वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：vajra，汉语字面意思：金刚），格热（藏文：གྷུ་རུ，梵文天城体：गुरु，梵文罗马拟音：guru，汉语字面意思：上师），贝玛（藏文：པདྨ，梵文天城体：पद्म，梵文罗马拟音：padma，汉语字面意思：莲花），悉地（藏文：སིདྡྷི，梵文天城体：सिद्धि，梵文罗马拟音：siddhi，汉语字面意思：成就），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：降伏）！ 无惧生死如金刚般的身体， 永不涅槃是众生唯一的怙主， 三世上师莲花生金刚， 以一切方式恭敬皈依您。 请听我说，各位有信心的施主， 光明法身无垢的佛陀境界， 因无明执着而流浪轮回深感后悔， 往昔积累的威力今生获得人身， 有幸得见佛陀的教法， 因具足虔诚的恭敬心而与上师们相遇。

Do not spoil children with indulgence. The enemy is the renowned Lord of Death, the demon, Unsure when he will come, with no certainty, Send someone to watch over the Lord of Death and the demon. Contemplate death and engage in Dharma. Unexpected misfortunes, obstacles, illnesses, and evil spirits, Unsure when they will suddenly erupt, Abandon big and small matters, engage in Dharma. All actions are impermanent and without essence, This life's happiness, comfort, wealth, and power, Are like appearances in a dream, Deceived by attachment to meaningless grasping. Now, do not be attached, abandon the affairs of this life, Do not cling, do not follow illusory appearances. Wherever you are born in the six realms of samsara, It is a place of turbulent waves of suffering, A place without a moment of happiness. You must part from this body. Instead of just reciting scriptures, Put aside your eating, drinking, and other needs, and contemplate. Guarding vows, being consistent inside and out is crucial, If you do not save yourself, It is extremely difficult for others to save you. The six perfections and the ten virtues, No matter how small, do not despise them, strive to practice them. The ten non-virtues and the five heinous crimes, Even if they seem small, do not despise them, strive to abandon them. In general, this sacred Dharma of the noble ones, If you do not strive to practice it from the heart, Reciting scriptures will be difficult to be effective. Non-virtuous actions, downfalls, and sins, If you do not vow to abandon them from the heart, There will be no time to reach the path to higher realms. Place the qualified lama on the crown of your head, Drink the nectar of profound instructions, Go to secluded places and mountain retreats, Hold firm vows in your heart. Endure the three losses of food, clothing, and speech, Cast away attachment and hatred far away, Abandon relatives and the foundation stone of samsara, Unsure when death will come, engage in Dharma. Ordained monks and nuns, abandon samsara, Strive to find the path to liberation. Thus he spoke. 具足权势且智慧广，取舍因果分清时。 精进修持殊胜法，除圣法外无精要。 一切和合皆坏灭，六道众生皆苦性。 不如法行无安乐，日修怙主大悲尊。 语诵六字真言咒，夜修持明莲花生。 精勤金刚上师心咒，一切时处自心为证。 供养上方诸供处，布施下方无依众， 慈爱照护中界众，祈愿临终生极乐， 莲花光刹土之中。如是说。 当达波丹噶掌握权势时，对生了很多孩子说： 唉玛，胜过一切佛，具相上师祈垂念。 我乃末世瑜伽行者，此时此刻观戏正当时。 你们这些孩子们也光临了，我从无始轮回以来， 沉溺于嬉戏的年轻人啊，想要做身语意的游戏。 你们聚集于此，不要散乱，观看戏耍吧！ 身体暇满大地广阔时，心如年轻瓶身童子般， 语无碍游乐具友伴时，正是玩耍嬉戏之时。 在这和合蕴聚的城市里，种种显现之境如孩童， 一同聚集之时，珍重无实之情。 通往解脱的阶梯是殊胜之法，于入智之门听思修时， 珍重通往大乘顶峰之友。 在离念本初的城市里，当见证本来清净之义时， 珍重四相之友。 在法尽瑜伽者的城市里，当圆满本来自成之功时， 珍重一切遍布广大之友。 如是瑜伽者的游戏，聚集于此的各位也请珍重吧！ 今生安乐来世亦安乐，此乃殊胜之法啊，道友们！ 今生痛苦来世亦痛苦，此乃轮回啊，道友们！ 舍弃今生来世之念想，莫错选善恶之抉择！ 再次抉择实属难得，莫要自毁前程！ 莫以代价换取痛苦！

Possessing complete power and vast wisdom, In this time of distinguishing between cause and effect, With diligence, practice the sacred Dharma, There is no essence in anything other than the sacred Dharma. All compounded things are of the nature of destruction, All six realms of beings are of the nature of suffering. Without accomplishing according to Dharma, there is no opportunity for happiness. During the day, meditate on Lord Avalokiteśvara, Recite the six-syllable mantra of speech. At night, meditate on the Vidyadhara Padmasambhava, Engage in the recitation of the Vajra Guru mantra. In all ways, keep your own mind as witness. Make offerings to the objects of offering above, Give charity to the helpless beings below, Cherish and protect all beings in between. Obtain the aspiration to be born in Sukhavati and the Lotus Light Palace when dying. Thus he spoke. When Dakpo Denga held power, speaking to the many children who were born: Emaho, surpassing all Buddhas, One father, qualified Lama, know me! I am a wandering yogi of the end times, At this moment, watching the show is good. You children have also arrived. From beginningless samsara, I am a youth immersed in play. I desire to play the games of body, speech, and mind. You who have gathered here, do not be distracted, watch the show! When the body has leisure and the earth is vast, When the mind is like a young vase-bodied boy, When speech is unhindered and there are friends for play, The time has come to play and frolic. In this city of compounded aggregates, With various appearances of lands and children, When gathered together, cherish the unreal feelings. The ladder to liberation is the sacred Dharma, When listening, contemplating, and meditating at the gate of intelligence, Cherish the friend who is the pinnacle of the Great Vehicle. In the city of non-conceptual primordiality, When seeing the meaning of original purity, Cherish the friend of the four visions. In the city of the exhausted Dharma yogi, When perfecting the spontaneously accomplished power of original purity, Cherish the friend who pervades all. Like the play of the yogi, May all who have gathered here cherish it! Happiness in this life and happiness in the next, This is the sacred Dharma, Dharma friends! Suffering in this life and suffering in the next, This is samsara, Dharma friends! Abandon thoughts of this life and the next, Do not mistake the choice between good and bad! It is difficult to have the opportunity to choose again, Do not destroy your own head! Do not buy suffering with a price!
