, there is no agreement or disagreement with the appearance of wrong desires. I, a poor monk, am helpless, and the words of the girl dissolve into Kesala. The instructions of the secret guru are engraved in my mind. Thus he spoke. When the monk student Dorje Tringyal Gyatso from Sogrong repeatedly requested a song, he said: Namo Guru Trayaya. Sanskrit Romanization: namo guru trayaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to the Three Jewels of the Guru) The name of the incomparable kind guru, the accomplished Padmasambhava, abides as the crown ornament of this beggar. I pray for the blessings of body, speech, and mind. Hey ho! Listen, Tringyal Gyatso. A song is called the secret mantra vajra song. In the Indian language, it is called Vajra Doha. In the sacred land of India, the source of Dharma, eighty vidyadhara siddhas sang songs. They bestow siddhis upon the fortunate noble ones. The sun of the fruit Vajrayana rises. A wondrous land where beings of the three realms bow down. The Buddha's teachings spread widely in the north and border regions. During the reign of the three ancestral dharma kings, the Zahor Khenpo Bodhisattva and, the Kashmiri Khenpo Vimalamitra and, the Ugyen Khenpo Padmasambhava, etc. The princes, vidyadharas prophesied by the Victorious Ones, bodhisattvas who work for the benefit of beings, the protectors poured down the rain of sutra and tantra. Ka, Chok, Zhang, and other thousand translators translated the Buddha's sutra and tantra teachings into Tibet. Arhats, non-returning ascetics, and vidyadhara siddhas filled the great earth. The signs of accomplishment are the free transformation of the four elements. Beings who see and hear are placed on the Buddha ground. The experience and realization of the supreme sutra and tantra are composed into songs. The sun of the Buddha's teachings rises in Tibet. From that time until today, time has become worse year by year. Old and new translators argue endlessly, dividing into new and old schools. The ancient Nyingma school wanders the valleys with Dzogchen. The supreme tantras fill the teahouses. Little beggars play card games. Marpa the translator's deity caught a cold. The supreme tantras are piled up like mountains. Almost all the protectors fled to the foot of Mount Sumeru. From the generation stage Mahayoga section, the four methods of practice of the father and mother tantras. From the land of Ugyen by the yogi Tilopa, were invited to India, explained, and spread in Tibet. The new in the border region of Tibet

Now, many great ones and Geshes are swayed by the winds of sectarianism, Verbally adhering to lineage, their minds are filled with self-created sects. The ancient Nyingma Vajrayana is relegated to the background. Whoever is skilled in the eight worldly concerns is arrogant, Whoever has more gifts of Chinese silk brocade is considered a good Lama. Whoever is adept at conforming to worldly customs is esteemed as a practitioner. Whose throne, robes, and hats are better, that one is the great Dharma Lord. They mix place names, Dharma, and Lama's names, Saying that any sect other than their own is mistaken. Dharma and doctrine are treated as two contradictory individuals, Saying that upholding one means destroying the other, and that is Dharma preservation. When food and clothing come from patrons, they sing spiritual songs, Writing treatises and giving Dharma talks to others. Such Dharma, whether it exists or not, is the same. Being happy when settled, suffering when disturbed, Such practice, whether it exists or not, is the same. They claim to perform rituals for the dead, but offer taxes, monks, and slaughter as sacrifice, Such monks, whether they exist or not, is the same. Having taken the Bhikshu vows, they rob, plunder, and kill those of other sects, Such Bhikshu vows, whether taken or not, is the same. The Khenpos discuss and use the king's law to judge, Such Khenpos, whether they reside or not, is the same. In these final five hundred years of the Buddha's teachings, I, a Dharma-less beggar wearing monastic robes, Utter these verses of Dharma, weary of myself. Why? Although thinking of Dharma in my heart, Due to past karma and present circumstances, it is difficult to accomplish, Unexpected negative consequences and faults arise. The practitioners of this degenerate age regret it! However, no matter how one strives for Buddhahood, If one has this seed of leisure and endowment, a human body, The meaning of shaving the head, changing the name, and wearing monastic robes, Is to liberate one's own mind-stream as much as possible with Sutra and Tantra, Practice diligently, generate the three strengths of effort, joy, and faith. Liberating one's own mind-stream, Dharma practice and thought will be accomplished, If one's own mind-stream is not liberated, but one claims to be a practitioner, It is like mistaking a poisonous tree for nectar. If one does not abandon clinging to permanence and worldly affairs, No matter how one tries to practice Dharma, it is meaningless. If one has no time for life and does not remember death, No matter how diligently one strives, the roots of virtue are short. If one does not recognize the Lama as the Buddha, It will be difficult to find a guide to liberation. If the vows and commitments one protects are not consistent inside and out, It will be difficult for the qualities of experience and realization to arise. If hope and fear are not exhausted in the expanse
