་བསྔལ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་རྦ་ཀློང་འཁྲུག །རང་བྱས་ལས་ཀྱིས་རང་ཉིད་མནར། །བདེ་བ་འདོད་ནས་མི་དགེ་སྤྱོད། །འབྲས་བུ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཕ་མཐའ་ཡས། །ལྷ་ལ་འཆི་འཕོ་ལྟུང་བའི་སྡུག །ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་ལ་འཐབ་རྩོད་སྡུག །མི་ལ་སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆིའི་སྡུག །དུད་འགྲོ་གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་ཟའི་སྡུག །ཡི་དྭགས་བཀྲེས་ཤིང་སྐོམ་པའི་སྡུག །ཚ་དམྱལ་བརྒྱད་ལ་བསྲེག་འཚོད་སྡུག །གྲང་དམྱལ་བརྒྱད་ལ་བཤེར་བའི་སྡུག །རིགས་དྲུག་གང་ནས་གར་སྐྱེས་ཀྱང་། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཕོ་བྲང་སྟེ། །བྱས་པའི་ལས་ཀྱང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱུ། །དམ་པའི་ལྷ་ཆོས་བྱེད་རེ་རན། །བསགས་པའི་ནོར་ཡང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱུ། །བསགས་པ་ཆོས་ལ་གཏོང་རེ་རན། །འགྲོགས་པའི་གྲོགས་ཀྱང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱུ། །གྲོགས་ལ་ཉམས་རྟོགས་བསྟན་རེ་རན། །བདེ་ཆེན་སླུ་མེད་དམ་པའི་ཆོས། །དེ་རིང་ཉིད་ནས་མི་བསྒྲུབ་བམ། །ཀྱེ་མ་འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་འདི། །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་ཉམ་རེ་ཐག །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་ངུ་རེ་བྲོ། །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་ཡ་རེ་ང་། །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་བག་རེ་གྲང་། །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་སྙིང་པོ་རུལ། །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་མགོ་རེ་འཁོར། །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་ཧ་རེ་ལོག །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་དོན་མགོ་ཆུང་། །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་འདོ་མེད་སོ། །བསམས་ཤིང་དཔྱད་ན་སྙིང་རྩ་འདར། །ཚེ་འདིའི་བདེ་དགའ་དབང་ཐང་འདོད། །མི་དགེ་བཅུ་ལ་ཅི་དྲག་བསྒྲུབ། །མཚམས་མེད་ལྔ་ལ་དམར་གཡོས་བྱེད། །ལོག་ལྟ་བརྒྱད་ལ་ལངས་རྟེན་བྱེད། །ལྕི་བ་བཞི་ལ་ཉལ་རྟེན་བྱེད། །འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་ས་ཐོབ་ཀྱང་། །གཤིན་རྗེའི་ཕོ་ཉ་བྱུང་བའི་ཚེ། །ཐབས་དང་བྱེད་པ་ཀུན་ཟད་ནས། །མི་དགེའི་འབྲས་བུ་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་རྣམས། །མི་ཁྱག་བཞིན་དུ་ཁུར་པོ་ཁུར། །ལས་ཀྱི་གཤིན་རྗེའི་གྲོགས་དང་འགྲོགས། །ཉེས་བྱས་འབྲས་བུ་རང་ལ་སྨིན། །འགྱོད་ཀྱང་འགྱོད་དེ་འཕྱིས་པ་འདྲ། །འདི་ཕྱི་གཉིས་འཚེངས་ལྷ་ཆོས་དང་། །འདི་ཕྱི་གཉིས་མེད་ཚེ་འདི་གཉིས། །བརྗེ་པོ་བརྒྱབ་འདི་ཕང་བ་ལ། །ཨ་ལ་ཡུལ་ཕྱོགས་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱི། །འགྲོ་བས་ཉིན་ཅིག་སྤྱད་པའི་ལས། །ལོ་གཅིག་ནང་དུ་ཆོས་ཕྱོགས་ལ། །འབད་དེ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་བྱས་གྱུར་ན། །ཐར་ལམ་ཟིན་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད། །ཚེ་འདིའི་བྱ་བས་ཅི་མནར་ཡང་། །ད་དུང་ཡི་ཆད་འགྱོད་རྒྱུ་མེད། །ལུས་ངག་དགེ་ལ་བསྐུལ་བའི་ཚེ། །ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་ལའང་རིང་ཉམས་མཐོང་། །དོན་ཆེན་གཏན་གྱི་བདེ་བ་བསྐྱུར། །དོན་ཆུང་ཚེ་འདིའི་བྱ་བ་བསྒྲུབ། །སྙིང་མེད་པོ་རྣམས་ཅི་རང་གྲགས། །ལྷ་དང་བླ་མ་ད

痛苦之海波涛汹涌， 自作之业使自身受苦。 欲求安乐而行不善， 果报痛苦无边无际。 天人有死亡堕落之苦， 非天有争斗竞争之苦， 人有生老病死之苦， 旁生有互相吞食之苦， 饿鬼有饥渴难耐之苦， 热地狱八处有烧煮之苦， 寒地狱八处有冰冻之苦， 六道无论何处所生， 皆是痛苦之海的宫殿。 所作之业也是痛苦之因， 正是修持殊胜佛法之时。 积累之财也是痛苦之因， 正是将积累施于佛法之时。 交往之友也是痛苦之因， 正是向友展示证悟之时。 大乐无欺殊胜之佛法， 今天开始难道不修持吗？ 唉呀！轮回之痛苦， 思之又思实在可怜。 思之又思令人想哭泣， 思之又思多么令人羞愧， 思之又思多么令人胆寒， 思之又思多么令人心腐， 思之又思多么令人头晕， 思之又思多么令人厌恶， 思之又思多么小题大做， 思之又思多么无所适从， 思之又思多么心惊胆战。 贪求今生安乐与权势， 竭力造作十种不善业， 肆意犯下五种无间罪， 执着八种颠倒之邪见， 沉溺四种沉重之恶行。 即使获得转轮王之位， 死主使者降临之时， 一切方法与作为皆耗尽， 不善之果、罪业与障碍， 如负重般沉重地背负。 与业力死主为伴而行， 恶业之果报成熟于自身， 即使后悔也如同事后诸葛亮。 以今生来换取来世佛法， 以今生来换取来世， 这笔交易实在太亏本了。 啊啦啦！此地此方之， 众生一日所为之事， 若于一年之中在佛法上， 努力精进修持的话， 获得解脱之路毫无疑问。 即使今生之事如何困扰， 也不应灰心后悔。 当身语意趋向善法时， 即使一日也觉得漫长。 舍弃重大究竟之安乐， 成办微小今生之琐事， 无有心髓者们啊，你们在做什么？ 诸佛与上师啊！

The ocean of suffering churns with waves, You are tormented by your own deeds. Desiring happiness, you engage in non-virtue, The result is endless suffering. Gods suffer the pain of death and falling, Asuras suffer the pain of fighting and competition, Humans suffer the pain of birth, old age, sickness, and death, Animals suffer the pain of being eaten by each other, Pretas suffer the pain of hunger and thirst, The eight hot hells suffer the pain of burning and cooking, The eight cold hells suffer the pain of freezing. Wherever you are born in the six realms, It is a palace of the ocean of suffering. The deeds you have done are also the cause of suffering, It is time to practice the holy Dharma. The wealth you have accumulated is also the cause of suffering, It is time to give the accumulated wealth to the Dharma. The friends you associate with are also the cause of suffering, It is time to show your friends your realization. The great bliss, the infallible, the holy Dharma, Won't you practice it starting today? Alas! This suffering of samsara, Thinking and contemplating it is so pitiful. Thinking and contemplating it makes you want to cry, Thinking and contemplating it is so shameful, Thinking and contemplating it is so chilling, Thinking and contemplating it is so rotten, Thinking and contemplating it is so dizzying, Thinking and contemplating it is so disgusting, Thinking and contemplating it is such a fuss, Thinking and contemplating it is so helpless, Thinking and contemplating it is so heart-pounding. You crave the happiness and power of this life, You do your best to commit the ten non-virtuous deeds, You recklessly commit the five heinous crimes, You cling to the eight inverted wrong views, You indulge in the four heavy evil deeds. Even if you obtain the position of a universal monarch, When the messengers of the Lord of Death come, All methods and actions will be exhausted, The fruits of non-virtue, sins, and obstacles, You carry the burden as if it were a heavy load. You walk with the friends of the Lord of Death of karma, The fruits of evil deeds ripen on yourself, Even if you regret it, it is like regretting after the event. Exchanging this life for the Dharma of the next life, Exchanging this life for the next life, This transaction is a real loss. Alas! The beings of this place and this direction, The deeds they do in a day, If they strive diligently in the Dharma for a year, There is no doubt that they will attain the path of liberation. Even if the affairs of this life trouble you, You should not be discouraged or regretful. When body, speech, and mind are directed towards virtue, Even a day seems long. You abandon the great and ultimate happiness, You accomplish the trivial affairs of this life, What are you doing, you who have no essence? Gods and Lamas!
