མང་། །དུད་འགྲོ་ཡི་ནི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན། །གླ ན་ལྐུགས་བརྡེག་འཚོག་གཞན་དབང་མནར། །ལྷ་མིན་འཐབ་རྩོད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཆེ། །ལྷ་ལ་འཆི་འཕོ་ལྟུང་བ་དང་། །མི་ལ་སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་དང་འཆི། །ཅི་ལྟར་བསམས་ཀྱང་འགྲོ་དྲུག་ཁམས། །རིགས་དྲུག་ལས་ཀྱི་ས་བོན་གྱི། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་གཏིང་རིང་དུ། །ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་ཆུད་པ་ཡི། །ཁམས་གསུམ་སྐྱེ་འགྲོ་ཉམ་རེ་ཐག །དེ་ལས་སྤྲང་པོ་ཉམ་རེ་ཐག །ཚུལ་བཞིན་བསམས་ན་ངུ་ཡང་བྲོད། །ད་ལན་མི་ལུས་གཙང་མ་ཡི། །རྟ་མཆོག་རིན་ཆེན་འདི་རྙེད་ཚེ། །འཁོར་བའི་འཕྲང་ལས་འབྲོས་བསམ་སྟེ། །དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་སྐྱབས་ཡུལ་ཞུས། །བློ་ཕུགས་མཚན་ལྡན་བླ་མར་གཏད། །དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ལ་སློབ་གཉེར་བརྒྱབ། །སྡོམ་གསུམ་མནོས་ཤིང་དགེ་བཅུ་བསྒྲུབས། །དབང་བཞི་ཞུས་ཤིང་བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་བསྒོམས། །ཆགས་མེད་བྱས་ཤིང་རི་ཁྲོད་འགྲིམས། །ཞེན་མེད་བྱས་ཤིང་ཉེ་འབྲེལ་བསྐྱུར། །རྟོགས་མེད་བྱས་ཤིང་རོ་སྙོམས་སྤྱད། །འདོ་མེད་བྱས་ཤིང་ཁེ་གྲགས་བསྐྱུར། །ད་ལྟ་ཁམས་ཀྱི་སྲིང་མོ་རྫོང། །གནས་མཆོག་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་རྫོང་དུ། །བསམ་གཏན་ཁང་ཆུང་ནང་དུ་ཞུགས། །ཏེ་སེ་གངས་ནག་སྔས་ལ་བཞག །གཡའ་བྲག་ཆུ་གསུམ་ཁྲི་ལ་བསྡད། །ཁ་ཆར་བུ་ཡུག་གོས་སུ་གྱོན། །ན་བུན་ཀྱི་བུན་ཡོལ་བ་རྒྱབ། །མ་བརྩིགས་རྫོང་ཆེན་རི་གསུམ་རྩེར། །མ་བཟོས་ལ་ཆེན་སྐས་ཁ་བཙུགས། །མ་གཞོགས་གངས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་མོས་བཅད། །མ་བརྡུངས་བྲག་གི་ལྕགས་རིས་བསྐོར། །མ་བསྒྲུབ་སངས་རྒྱས་རང་ལས་རྙེད། །མ་བཙལ་བཞག་པས་རང་ས་ཟིན། །རེ་དོགས་དབྱིངས་ཟད་མངོན་སངས་རྒྱས། །ཨེ་མ་ཡེ་ཡིན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ། །འདོ་མེད་སྤྲང་པོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་ཡིན། །དྲི་རྟོག་མཁན་ཚོའི་ཐུགས་ལ་ཞོག །དུས་ངན་བསྐལ་པའི་ཐ་མ་འདིར། །མི་ལུས་ལོན་པའི་སྐྱ་སེར་ཚོ། །འཁོར་བ་ཐོག་མ་མེད་པ་ནས། །བཟང་པོ་འདོད་ནས་རང་དོན་བསྒྲུབས། །ཆགས་སྡང་རྨོངས་གསུམ་ལས་ལ་སྤྱོད། །འབྲས་བུ་རང་མགོ་རང་གིས་བསྣུབས། །རིགས་དྲུག་གནས་སུ་འཁྱམས་ཤིང་འཁོར། །ད་སྟེ་གཉུགས་རེ་མ་བུད་དམ། །ད་སྟེ་རྨུས་སུན་མེད་པ་འདི། །ཇི་ལྟར་ཡིན་ནམ་སྐྱོ་བ་སྐྱེ། །འཁོར་ལོས་བསྒྱུར་བའི་སྟོབས་ལྡན་ཞིང་། །རྣམ་ཐོས་སྲས་ཀྱི་ནོར་ལྡན་ཏེ། །བརྒྱ་བྱིན་ཚངས་པའི་ཚེ་ལྡན་ཡང་། །ཐ་མ་མི་རྟག་འཇིག་པའི་རྒྱུ། །ཐ་མ་མི་རྟག་འབྲལ་བའི་རྒྱུ། །ཐ་མ་མི་རྟག་འཛད་པའི་རྒྱུ། །ཐ་མ་མི་རྟག་འཆི་བའི་རྒྱུ། །ཐ་མ་མི་རྟག་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱུ། །དེ་ཙམ་སྟོབས་འབྱོར་དཔལ་ལྡན་ཡང་། །མི་རྟག་སྡུག་བསྔ

啊！ 在畜生的世界里， 愚笨喑哑殴打争斗受他奴役。 非天争斗痛苦大， 天人有死亡、堕落， 人有生老病死。 无论怎么想，六道众生界， 六道业力的种子， 痛苦的海洋深不见底， 从无始以来就沉溺其中， 三界众生真可怜。 其中最可怜的是乞丐， 如理思维，想哭出来。 如今得到清净的人身， 得到这殊胜的宝马， 想要逃离轮回的险境， 向三宝祈求庇护。 将希望寄托于具相的上师， 精进学习殊胜的佛法， 受持三律仪，行持十善业， 接受四灌顶，修持生圆次第， 断除贪恋，前往寂静处， 断除执着，抛弃亲友， 断除实执，修持平等味， 断除贪图，抛弃名利。 现在送走世间的姐妹， 前往圣地金刚心之城堡， 进入禅修小屋之中， 以冈底斯黑冰为枕， 坐在三面悬崖的宝座上， 以雨雪冰雹为衣， 以雾气为帷幔。 在未经建造的雄伟城堡三座山顶上， 在未经修筑的险峻山口架设梯子， 用未经雕琢的冰雪之门封锁， 用未经锤打的岩石铁栅环绕， 不经修行，从自身中证得佛陀， 不经寻觅，安住于本来的自性。 断绝希冀与恐惧，显现证悟成佛， 唉玛耶！这就是法身， 这是无贪恋的乞丐的誓言， 请询问探究者们铭记于心。 在这恶劣末劫时期， 得到人身的僧俗们， 从无始轮回以来， 想要美好而只为自己谋划， 造作贪嗔痴三毒之业， 自食恶果自掘坟墓， 在六道中漂泊轮回， 至今还没有厌倦吗？ 至今还没有摆脱这无意义的劳作吗？ 这到底是怎么回事啊，真令人悲伤！ 即使拥有转轮王的威力， 拥有多闻天子的财富， 拥有帝释天、梵天的寿命， 最终也是无常坏灭之因， 最终也是无常离别之因， 最终也是无常耗尽之因， 最终也是无常死亡之因， 最终也是无常痛苦之因， 即使拥有如此强大的力量和财富， 也是无常痛苦

Ah! In the world of animals, There is ignorance, dumbness, beating, fighting, and being tormented by others. The Asuras have great suffering from fighting, The gods have death, transference, and falling. Humans have birth, old age, sickness, and death. No matter how you think about it, the six realms of beings, The seeds of the six kinds of karma, The ocean of suffering is deep and bottomless, Since beginningless time, they have been immersed in it, The beings of the three realms are so pitiful. Among them, the most pitiful are the beggars, If you think about it properly, you want to cry. Now that you have obtained a pure human body, Having obtained this excellent precious horse, Thinking of escaping from the dangerous paths of samsara, Pray to the Three Jewels for refuge. Entrust your hopes to a qualified lama, Diligently study the excellent Dharma, Take the three vows and practice the ten virtues, Receive the four empowerments and meditate on the generation and completion stages, Be without attachment and go to solitary places, Be without clinging and abandon relatives and friends, Be without grasping and practice equanimity, Be without greed and abandon fame and gain. Now send off the worldly sisters, Go to the sacred place, the Vajra Heart Fortress, Enter the small meditation room, Place the black ice of Mount Kailash as a pillow, Sit on the throne of the three cliff faces, Wear rain, snow, and hail as clothing, Use the mist as a curtain. On the three peaks of the unbuilt magnificent fortress, Erect a ladder at the unconstructed steep pass, Seal it with an uncarved snow gate, Surround it with an unhammered rock iron fence, Without practice, realize the Buddha from within yourself, Without searching, settle into your own natural state. Cutting off hope and fear, manifest enlightenment and Buddhahood, Emaho! This is the Dharmakaya, This is the vow of the unattached beggar, May those who inquire and investigate keep it in mind. In this degenerate final age, Those monks and laypeople who have obtained a human body, From beginningless samsara, Desiring goodness, they only plan for themselves, Creating the karma of the three poisons of attachment, hatred, and ignorance, They reap the consequences and dig their own graves, Wandering and circling in the six realms, Have you still not grown tired of it? Have you still not escaped from this meaningless labor? What is going on, it is truly sad! Even if you have the power of a Chakravartin king, Possess the wealth of Vaishravana, Have the lifespan of Indra and Brahma, Ultimately, it is the cause of impermanent destruction, Ultimately, it is the cause of impermanent separation, Ultimately, it is the cause of impermanent exhaustion, Ultimately, it is the cause of impermanent death, Ultimately, it is the cause of impermanent suffering, Even with such great power and wealth, It is impermanent suffering.
