The realm of self-liberation. Carry experiences and thoughts to the very end. I wonder if it's the realization of Buddhahood? Please, fellow great accomplished ones, compare experiences. This supreme Dharma of secret oral instructions, in order to reach the end of practice, as an antidote to the delusion of thoughts, act in accordance with whatever needs to be tamed. It is the oral instruction of the essential points of the instructions. Thus he spoke. Furthermore, someone said that prayers and oral instructions were needed in upper and lower Dakpo, and there were many things said, but the sheets were lost and could not be copied. Then, when the male and female patrons of Nyangpo (Nyangbu, in present-day Nepal) Dretong Moche bid farewell, they said they needed a song, so he said: Venerable Lama, assembly of Yidams and Dakinis, the infallible Three Jewels, I pray to you at all times. Please bless and grant accomplishments. Alas! Fortunate ones here, even though your own mind is Buddha, it is sad that you do not recognize yourself. Suffering and great bliss are also painful when walking on the cliff of hope and fear. This life is impermanent, a fleeting moment, it is wrong to cling to it as permanent. For conditioned phenomena, like dreamlike appearances, wandering in samsara due to attachment and clinging. Even if one attains Buddhahood in this life, one will regret wasting one's life meaninglessly. Divine Dharma is like a sandalwood tree, regret burning it to ashes with worldly ways. The Buddha who spontaneously accomplishes the two benefits, regret exchanging it for the selfish desires of children. The great Dharma of the future, regret exchanging it for the smallness of this life. The seven noble riches of the noble ones, regret exchanging them for the five poisons of afflictions. Now that you can control yourself, throw the happiness of this life to the wind. Accept the divine Dharma of the future, contemplate impermanent death. Generate faith in the infallibility of karma. Meditate on the Lama as the actual Buddha. Offer prayers to the upper Lamas. Generate Bodhicitta for sentient beings who were once your mothers. Obtain the connection of good aspirations. I, the ascetic of Domang Monastery in Dokham, and you, the beings of Nyangpo (Nyangbu, in present-day Nepal) Dretong, meet due to the power of past pure karma. Today's farewell is perfect and auspicious. May you always be healthy and well. The wanderer will go to no fixed place. May all the beings gathered here be reborn in Sukhavati when wandering in the impermanent afterlife. May the two benefits of self and others be accomplished. Thus he spoke.

Generally bless all beings equal to space, Especially bless hermits and yogis, Now listen, yogis of the degenerate age, It is right to advise oneself, It is right to speak heartfelt words, It is right to accomplish the great matter of the next life, It is right to adopt and abandon virtuous and non-virtuous actions, It is right to go to solitary retreats alone, It is right to give food and clothing to the poor, It is right to abandon the eight worldly concerns of this life, O relatives, it is right to go to solitary retreats, It is right to practice tasting equal flavor, It is right to abandon happiness and suffering equally, It is right to support patrons and not employ servants, It is right to immediately cut off the attachment to enemies and friends, It is right to postpone and delay practicing Dharma, It is right to urge impermanence, It is right to destroy gatherings of faithless people, It is right to abandon accumulating wealth, It is right to abandon empowerments of buying and selling, It is right to stop teaching Dharma that can be obtained, It is right to inscribe vows in the heart, It is right to gamble with life for practice, It is right to settle the view, It is right to close the door to the end, It is right to align conduct with Dharma, It is right to settle the fundamental cutting in the natural state, It is right to go on the path in the manner of Tögal, It is right to cut off hope and doubt about the result, It is right to apply the two benefits to glory, These twenty-eight appropriate exhortations, If one does not adopt and abandon them today, One may lose the attainment of enlightenment. From before the original eon, The precious intention of glorious Samantabhadra, Being stained by karma and obstacles, Until this present body, Wandering repeatedly in the six realms, Taking countless bodies of flesh and blood, Accumulating immeasurable habitual tendencies, Tormented by the law of cause and effect, Alas! The Dharma of the three realms of samsara, The method of liberation from this suffering, First, it is most important to destroy with the mind, If one does not first destroy with the mind, Then that dull and distracted thought, Because it is the obscuration of ignorance, Therefore, one cannot distinguish good from bad, Wasting one's life in vain, One may associate with uninterrupted sins, Therefore, it is most important to contemplate the antidote, Even if one can distinguish good from bad, If one does not advise oneself, The affairs of this life are very powerful, Being exhausted by karma and illusion
