愿我，以圣妙医者的身份，充满这片土地！愿一切行为平和，心境宁静！通过努力平息众生的痛苦，愿自他一切众生，迅速证得无上寂静的果位！愿甘露不动的佛陀的慈悲，以及如甘露般慈爱的心的力量，使甘露之精华的医学理论，如甘露之大云般繁荣昌盛！ 无与伦比的药王宇妥巴（Yuthok Yonten Gonpo），我一次又一次地忆念您，看到医学理论如夕阳西下的河流般衰退，难以忍受的心痛剧烈地涌上心头。那时，我忆念起的一切，毫无矫饰地，真诚的祈愿从口中自然流出。愿如此祈愿之人，获得药王的加持！这是由无垢智慧的医者于二十五日匆忙写下的。在木狗年（藏历），当向十多位僧人传授完整的《四部医典》的讲解和大部分实践的见地传承时，最后为了供养，想要作这样的祈愿而作此文。吉祥圆满！ 空行祈愿文：名为“通往安乐的阶梯，持明勇士的秘密道”。 嗡 索斯帝（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！）。一切诸法皆由因缘而生，见其根源在于意愿，凭借强烈意愿所生的巧妙方法，前往空行化身之喜悦城。不舍此身而得以往，成为长久以来以恩德养育的母亲。对于在痛苦之海中无自主漂泊的众生，分担救度他们的慈悲责任。从如虚空般无所缘的空性中，生起如虚空般遍及众生的慈爱之心。从如虚空般如幻的嬉戏中，空行持明自在母卡卓嘉瓦益西措嘉等，所有女性瑜伽士，显空如天神身相的禅定，在成为明晰稳固之标准的心的中央，清净的气脉咒语无二无别金刚之声，化为不坏文字之形，成为赐予二种成就之威力的源泉。通过念诵和专注，反复激发，以无与伦比的威光，

May I, as the holy physician, fill this land entirely! May all actions be peaceful and minds be tranquil! By striving to pacify the suffering of beings, may all, self and others, quickly attain the supreme state of unsurpassed peace! May the compassion of the nectar-unwavering Buddha, and the power of the loving heart like nectar, cause the essence of nectar, the science of healing, to flourish like great clouds of nectar! Incomparable King of Medicine, Yuthokpa (Yuthok Yonten Gonpo), I remember you again and again, and seeing the science of healing decline like a river at sunset, unbearable heartache arises intensely. At that time, whatever I remember, without artifice, a truthful prayer spontaneously bursts forth from my mouth. May the blessings of the King of Medicine enter the person who makes such prayers! This was hastily written by the physician of stainless wisdom on the 25th. In the Wood Dog year (Tibetan calendar), when giving instructions on the complete explanation of the Four Tantras and the lineage of sight for most of the practices to more than ten monks, at the end, in connection with the offering, I wanted to make such a prayer and composed this. May it be auspicious! The Aspiration Prayer for Khechara: Called "The Ladder to Bliss, the Secret Path of the Vidyadhara Heroes." Om Swasti (藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：Om, may there be well-being!). All phenomena arise from the power of conditions, and seeing that their root lies in intention, by skillful means propelled by strong intention, may I travel to the delightful city of Khechara's emanation. Without abandoning this body, may I go there and become the mother who has nurtured me with kindness for a long time. For those who wander helplessly in the ocean of suffering, taking on the responsibility of saving them with compassion, from emptiness like space, without object of focus, may a mind of love arise that cherishes all beings like space. From the play of illusion like space, Khedrup Wangyum Kacho Gyalwa Yeshe Tsogyal, etc., whatever female yogis, the samadhi of appearance and emptiness arising as the body of a deity, in the center of the heart that has become the standard of clarity and stability, the sound of the inseparable vajra of pure wind and mantra, manifesting as the form of indestructible letters, may it become the source of the power to bestow the two siddhis. By reciting and focusing, repeatedly stimulating, with incomparable splendor,
