ཀྱི། །སྙིང་ལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་ཟེར་རབ་བཀྱེ་ནས། །མྱུར་བ་ཉིད་དུ་བདེ་བླག་གྲོལ་བར་ཤོག །མདོར་ན་འཇམ་པའི་དབྱངས་དང་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་སོགས་རྒྱལ་སྲས་སེམས་དཔའ་ཡི། །སྤྱོད་པ་རྒྱ་མཚོར་བདག་ནི་དབང་ཐོབ་སྟེ། །མཐའ་ཡས་འགྲོ་བའི་དཔལ་དུ་འགྱུར་བར་ཤོག །དུས་གསུམ་སྲས་བཅས་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ཤུགས། །བདག་ལ་ཞུགས་ནས་ནམ་མཁའི་མཐར་ཁྱབ་པའི། །འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་ལ་ཕྱི་མའི་མུ་མཐའི་བར། །ཕན་བདེ་སྒྲུབ་ཅིང་རྣམ་གྲོལ་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་ཤོག །ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་དགོངས་དོན་ཀུན་ཤེས་ཤིང་། །སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཁུར་ཆེན་ཡོངས་སུ་ཁྱེར། །ཡོན་ཏན་ཆེན་པོའི་ལུས་སྟོབས་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ནས། །རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ས་མཆོག་ནོན་པར་ཤོག །འདི་ལྟར་ལེགས་པར་སྨོན་པའི་དོན་འདི་དག །མཆོག་གསུམ་བདེན་པ་བསླུ་བ་མེད་པ་དང་། །ལྷག་བསམ་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ནུས་པ་དང་། །རང་བྱུང་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་པའང་ཉེ་གནས་འོད་གསལ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་དོན་ལ་བློ་གཞོལ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཁོ་རང་གིས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པ་བཞིན་ལྕགས་བྱི་ཟླ་༡༡ ཚེས་༢༥ ལ་ནད་མལ་ནས་མི་ཕམ་པས་བྲིས་པ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། ༈ །།ཕོངས་རྒུད་འཇིགས་པ་ཀུན་ལས་དབུགས་དབྱུང་ཞིང་། །འཇམ་དཔལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐུ་མཆོག་སྙིང་ལ་ཞུགས། །ཇི་ ལྟར་འདོད་པའི་མཆོག་རྣམས་མྱུར་སྩོལ་ཞིང་། །འཇིགས་མེད་བདེ་ཆེན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གནས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ལྕགས་ཕག་ལོར་མེ་ཏོག་དཀར་པོ་འབུམ་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྔགས་རེ་དང་སྦྲགས་ནས། ཞལ་ལ་གཏོར་བ་བགྱིས་པའི་དུས་སུ་མེ་ཏོག་སྟོང་རེའི་མཚམས་སུ་དངོས་སུ་འབུལ་ཚིགས། མཆན། འབྱོར་དང་མའི་མཆོད་པ་རེ་དང་། མཉམ་མེད་མ། མཆོག་སྦྱིན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བསྟོད་པ་ཚར་རེ་དང་། ཡེ་དྷརྨ་འབུམ། འདོད་གསོལ་འདི་ཚར་རེ་བཏོན་ནས་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་མི་ཕམ་པས་ལྕགས་ཁྱི་ཟླ་༡༢ ཚེས་༡༤ ལ་བྲིས། དུས་རྒྱུན་དང་ལྕགས་ཕག་ལོའི་མཎྜལ་འབུལ་གྱི་དུས་སུའང་བར་བར་འདོད་གསོལ་འདི་སྦྱར་བའོ།། ༈ །།འཇམ་དཔལ་མཆོག་སྦྱིན་རྡོ་རྗེས་རྗེས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་ཤོག །རྩ་གསུམ་དམ་ཅན་དགྱེས་པའི་འོད་སྣང་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག །འཇིགས་མེད་རང་དབང་བདེ་ཆེན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྟོབས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཕྱོགས་ལས་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །འདི་རྗེས་སུ་བཞད་བརྒྱད་དུས་བཏབ་བོ་དགེ། མཆོང་ཆེན་ཟུར་དུ་ཕུག་ནས་བཏབ་བོ། །མངྒ་ལཾ། དགེ་ལེགས་ཆེར་འཕེལ།། ༈ །།ནད་རྣམས་གཏན་དུ་ཞི་ཞིང་བདེ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ལྷ་རྣམས་མཆོག་ཏུ་དགྱེས་ཤིང་སྐྱོང་གྱུར་ཅི

ཀྱི།。心中智慧光芒极开展，迅速轻易解脱愿成就。总之文殊以及普贤尊，观世音等菩萨众之行，我能自在获得如海行，成为无边众生之荣耀。三世佛子如来慈悲力，融入我身遍布虚空界，直至众生轮回未空前，成办利乐赐予胜解脱。通晓大乘所有之密意，完全荷担巨大之悲心，圆满具足功德之身力，愿能证得圆满之胜地。如是所发美好之祈愿，以三宝真谛无欺之力，以及清净发心因果缘起力，自生智慧力愿能成就。如是乃是近侍光明大乘之义，为专心者自己所作之祈愿，如是铁鼠年十一月二十五日于病榻上米滂巴所书，吉祥！ ༈ 救脱贫困恐惧诸痛苦，文殊智慧身尊入我心，迅速赐予如意之胜妙，获得无惧大乐金刚之果位。铁猪年，伴随白花百万最胜施予金刚之咒语，于面门作抛洒之时，每隔千朵花之际，真实供养此句。注：各一次供养兴旺玛，无等玛，最胜施予金刚之赞颂，各百万次缘起咒，念诵各一次此愿文，为成办之故，米滂巴于铁狗年十二月十四日书。平时与铁猪年供养曼扎之时，中间亦可加入此愿文。༈ 愿文殊最胜施予金刚摄受我，愿见三根本誓言者喜悦之光芒，愿得无惧自在安乐金刚之力量，愿得一切降伏他方之成就。此后于八斋日念诵，吉祥！于大殿角落安放，吉祥！善妙增上！༈ 愿疾病永远平息得安乐，愿诸神至极欢喜作护持

May the light of wisdom shine brightly in my heart, and may I be swiftly and easily liberated. In short, may I gain mastery over the ocean-like conduct of Manjushri, Samantabhadra, Avalokiteshvara, and other bodhisattvas, and may I become a source of glory for limitless beings. May the power of the compassion of the Buddhas of the three times and their sons enter me and pervade the ends of the sky. Until the end of samsara, may I accomplish benefit and happiness for all beings and bestow the supreme liberation. May I know all the meanings of the Great Vehicle, fully bear the great burden of compassion, and completely perfect the strength of a body of great qualities, so that I may attain the supreme ground of Great Perfection. May these well-spoken aspirations be accomplished by the power of the unfailing truth of the Three Jewels, the power of pure intention, cause and effect, and dependent origination, and the power of self-arisen wisdom. This was written by Mipham on the 25th day of the 11th month of the Iron Mouse year from his sickbed, as requested by a close attendant who was devoted to the meaning of the Great Vehicle of Clear Light. Mangalam! ༈ May I be freed from all poverty, suffering, and fear. May the supreme body of Manjushri's wisdom enter my heart. May I quickly receive all the supreme things I desire, and may I attain the fearless, blissful vajra state. In the Iron Pig year, along with a million white flowers and the mantra of Supreme Bestowal Vajra, when scattering them on the face, actually offer this verse at every thousand flowers. Note: Offer one each of the prosperous and mother offerings, peerless mother, one recitation of the praise of Supreme Bestowal Vajra, a hundred thousand Ye Dharma mantras, and recite this aspiration once each. Mipham wrote this on the 14th day of the 12th month of the Iron Dog year for the purpose of accomplishment. At the time of offering the mandala during ordinary times and in the Iron Pig year, add this aspiration in between. ༈ May Manjushri Supreme Bestowal Vajra hold me dear. May I see the light of the Three Roots and oath-bound ones' delight. May I obtain the power of fearless, self-reliant, blissful Vajra. May I obtain all the siddhis that completely conquer all directions. Recite this on the eight fasting days. Auspicious! Place it in the corner of the great hall. Mangalam! May virtue and goodness greatly increase! ༈ May diseases be completely pacified and may there be happiness. May the gods be supremely pleased and protect.

愿一切佛法恒常增上兴盛！ 愿一切荣耀长久稳固广大！ 铁牛年十月三十日。 曼嘎লাম（吉祥）！ ༈ 医方明教法兴盛祈愿文 那摩咕噜。 诸位上师以及本尊坛城诸尊，十方三世诸佛菩萨及其眷属，以大悲心和我的清净意乐力，愿医方明教法兴盛！ 导师无等释迦王，亦曾化身少年有情药师，发愿消除一切疾病，以此真谛力，愿医方明教法…… 长久以来，成为父母的慈爱众生，陷入难忍的痛苦疾病泥潭中，利益他们是供养善逝之最胜。愿医方明…… 当伸出布施珍贵妙药的手时，从十方刹土中，诸佛菩萨及其眷属，以金色之手频频散落鲜花。愿医方明…… 以无垢慈悲的甘露充满心续，以消除一切疾病的甘露供养，为无偏众生造就利益的恩德。愿医方明…… 从无法忍受的大悲心中策发，以诸佛之子的殊胜道——六度波罗蜜多，修持医药，成为具有梵天般善巧方便者。愿医方明…… 此生受到天人的顶礼膜拜，来世受到大乐空行母的供养，成为从安乐走向安乐的良好道路。 愿医方明…… 尤其对于药王宇妥巴（གཡུ་ཐོགས་པ།），如同十方诸佛菩萨及其眷属，以及文殊勇士所作的现量授记一样。愿医方明…… 未来此续部的讲修兴盛，甚至仅仅听闻此续部的一个偈颂，也能成就二利，以此授记的真谛力。愿医方明…… 彼怙主以大悲心承诺守护此续部，并特别救护末法时代的众生。愿医方明…… 同样，十方诸佛菩萨也承诺，对于利益有情的殊胜之人，将恒常以大悲心垂视。愿医方明…… 彼时，药神、大臣香隆德嘉等，世间和出世间的护法神，以承诺守护传承持有者的真谛力。愿医方明…… 精通医药广略一切经论，实修诀窍达到要点，并受大悲心所

The teacher, the unparalleled Shakya King, also incarnated as a young sentient being physician, vowing to eliminate all diseases, by the power of this truth, may the doctrine of medical science... For a long time, sentient beings who have been kind as fathers and mothers, are trapped in the unbearable suffering of the swamp of disease, benefiting them is the supreme offering to the Sugatas. May the doctrine of medical science... When extending the hand to bestow the precious and supreme medicine, from the fields of the ten directions, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and their retinues, scatter flowers again and again with golden hands. May the doctrine of medical science... Filling the mind stream with the nectar of immaculate compassion, with the nectar offering that eliminates all diseases, creating the kindness of benefiting impartial beings. May the doctrine of medical science... Urged by unbearable great compassion, with the supreme path of the sons of the Buddhas - the six paramitas, practicing medicine, becoming skilled in the methods of Brahma. May the doctrine of medical science... In this life, revered by the crowns of gods and humans, in the next life, worshiped by the assembly of Great Bliss Dakinis, becoming a good path to go from bliss to bliss. May the doctrine of medical science... Especially for the King of Medicine, Yuthokpa, just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and their retinues, and Manjushri the Hero have made manifest prophecies. May the doctrine of medical science... In the future, the teaching and practice of this tantra will flourish, and even hearing just one verse of this tantra will accomplish the two benefits, by the power of the truth of this prophecy. May the doctrine of medical science... That Protector has vowed to protect this tantra with great compassion, and especially to save the beings of the degenerate age. May the doctrine of medical science... Similarly, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions have also vowed to always look upon with great compassion the holy person who benefits sentient beings. May the doctrine of medical science... At that time, the medicine gods, ministers, Shanglon De Ga, and other worldly and transmundane protectors, by the power of the truth of the promise to protect the lineage holders. May the doctrine of medical science... Being skilled in all the extensive and concise medical treatises, the practical instructions reach the essential points, and being controlled by great compassion, etc.
