Having heard, may all beings be endowed with the path of the ten virtues, May no one go to hell. Those who are subject to others, who deserve to be killed by beatings and other punishments, Having heard the name of the Victorious One, may they be touched by the light of the Buddha. Until enlightenment, may beatings and other punishments be completely cut off, May they attain unsurpassed freedom and perfect abundance. Those who die young due to non-virtuous deeds, Having heard the name of the Victorious One, may they be born in a happy realm. Until enlightenment, May they experience the happiness of gods and humans, May their sins be purified, may they be free from untimely death, and may they have a long life. When they pass away from here, may they be in the Buddha's, Pure land, may they be born miraculously and perfect the qualities of dharani and so on. From the King of Manifest Knowledge and all the Buddhas, May they receive teachings and please them. I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the King of Medicine Guru of Lapis Lazuli Light. Your body is the color of lapis lazuli, The marks and signs are like the sky blazing with a thousand rays of sunlight, It is the realm that opens the opportunity for peace for all, I prostrate to the body of the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha. Your voice is like a thousand strings of celestial music, With the voice of Brahma, satisfying the minds of various beings to be tamed, It is the treasure of the ocean of scriptures, I prostrate to the voice of the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha. Your mind is the nature of the ocean of wisdom, The waves of impartial compassion surge greatly, It is the ocean of aspirations, and the deeds are naturally accomplished, I prostrate to the mind of the Bhagavan Medicine Buddha. May all sentient beings have enjoyment! The body of the supreme King of Medicine, the Victorious One, Whose light illuminates immeasurable worlds, The Buddha's body adorned with excellent marks and signs, May all sentient beings become like that! Whose body is like flawless lapis lazuli, Whose splendor blazes, with a network of rays, Illuminating all beings wandering in darkness, May they go joyfully and engage in virtuous deeds! Through the immeasurable power of the Victorious Ones' skillful means and wisdom, May the immeasurable sentient beings of the world, Possess inexhaustible enjoyment, May no one be anxious about anything! May all beings who have entered the wrong path, Be placed on the supreme path of enlightenment, And may those who have entered the inferior paths of Hearers and Solitary Realizers, Be led into the path of the Great Vehicle! From whom one practices pure conduct, And those who hear the name also possess the three vows, If the moral conduct is not diminished, if the moral conduct is broken, May no one go to the lower realms! Ugly bodies, incomplete faculties, unpleasant appearance, Hunchbacks, vitiligo, deaf, blind, mute, etc., Limb-deficient, insane, and diseased ones, May they purify obscurations and have complete faculties and limbs! Those afflicted by various diseases and without protection, Those who are poor, lacking provisions, and suffering, By merely hearing the name, until the essence of enlightenment, May they be free from disease and demonic influences, and possess perfect abundance! Those who are disgusted with the faults of the female body, And wish to be liberated from that state, May they turn away from the nature of femaleness, And until enlightenment, may they obtain a male body! May all beings be liberated from the snare of Mara, And all those who are bound by various views, Be placed in the state of right view, May they enter the conduct of Bodhisattvas! Those who are imprisoned, beaten, put in jail, and deserving of being killed, Those who are tormented by the fear of the king, discouraged, and suffering, Through the inconceivable power of the Buddha's merit, May they be completely liberated from all harm! Those who are hungry, thirsty, burning with fire, seeking food, and committing sins, With excellent food possessing color, smell, and taste, May they be satisfied, and again with the taste of the nectar of Dharma, Be placed in extreme bliss! Those who are poor, naked, tormented by cold, etc., With clothes and all desired things, may they fulfill the wishes of all beings, Possessing the conduct that pleases the noble ones, listen.
