无忧！宣说正法现证药师释迦能。以广大愿力圆满故，向八善逝作礼赞。导师无上佛宝，救护无上正法宝，引导无上僧伽宝，皈处三宝作礼赞。于一切应赞者，以等同一切刹土微尘数，身体遍及一切姿态，以胜妙信心作礼赞。发愿文：今于此处如经部仪轨，以诸佛及眷属作礼供养等威力，诸善逝所发之愿，以及诸正量佛子之誓言，护法守护神所立之誓句，祈愿皆能于我等成办。祈愿佛陀教法兴盛，持教上师莲足永固。人王具法，臣民奉行善业。一切众生安乐增盛，信乐佛法。愿疾病、邪魔、贫困、争斗止息。具足慈悲心，佛法与吉祥增广。愿净除业障，圆满资粮，速证大菩提。诸善逝及佛子之发心，事业、愿力、智慧、慈悲、能力之行相。无上智慧幻化为何等，愿我也能如是成就。忏悔文：未及与衰损，任何我愚昧，所作及劝作，彼等乞宽恕。因无知行为不净，如经中所出之仪轨，不能及错谬为何有，彼亦乞宽恕。祈请返回：您已成办一切有情义，赐予随顺之成就。往诣佛刹之后亦，祈愿再次以悲心降临。祈请具足大悲之怙主们，为我及一切有情成办利益，以神变与眷属一同前往各自刹土。回向文：如文殊勇士等二颂，以此善根愿我速，成就药师如来已，一切众生尽无余，皆安置于彼果位。众生痛苦唯一药，一切安乐生起处。

Free from sorrow! The Medicine Buddha Shakyamuni, who proclaims the Dharma and has direct knowledge. Through the complete fulfillment of vast aspirations, I pay homage to the eight Sugatas. Teacher, unsurpassed precious Buddha. Protector, unsurpassed precious Dharma. Guide, unsurpassed precious Sangha. I pay homage and praise to the Three Jewels, the refuge. To all who are worthy of praise, with a number equal to all the dust particles in the fields, in every posture of bowing the body, I pay homage and praise with supreme faith. Aspiration Prayer: Now, in this place, according to the tantric rituals of the sutras, through the power of paying homage and making offerings to the Victorious Ones and their retinues, whatever aspirations have been made by the Sugatas, and whatever vows have been made by the valid sons of the Victorious Ones, and whatever commitments have been made by the Dharma protectors and guardians, may they be accomplished for us. May the Buddha's teachings flourish and the lotus feet of the holders of the teachings be firm. May the human rulers be virtuous and the subjects engage in virtuous deeds. May all beings increase in happiness and be devoted to the Dharma. May disease, evil spirits, poverty, and strife cease. May loving-kindness prevail, and may the Dharma and auspiciousness increase. May we purify our obscurations, complete the accumulations, and quickly attain great enlightenment. The intention of all the Sugatas and their sons, their deeds, aspirations, wisdom, compassion, and abilities. Whatever the illusion of unsurpassed wisdom is, may I also become just like that. Confession: Whatever has not been attained or has been diminished, and whatever I have done out of ignorance, or have caused to be done, I ask for forgiveness for all of that. Due to impure and careless actions, according to the rituals described in the sutras, whatever I have been unable to do or have done wrongly, I ask for forgiveness for that as well. Request to Depart: You have accomplished all the purposes of sentient beings, grant the attainments that are in accordance with them. Even after departing to the Buddha-fields, please return again with compassion. I request the protectors who possess great compassion to accomplish the benefit of myself and all sentient beings, and to depart to their respective Buddha-fields with their retinues through miraculous powers. Dedication: Like Manjushri the Hero, etc., two verses, By this merit, may I quickly, attain the King of Medicine, and may I, without exception, place all beings on that level. The only medicine for the suffering of beings, the source from which all happiness arises.

愿教法伴随利养与恭敬，长久住世！凭借奇妙的佛子圣众的加持，以及不虚的缘起真谛，还有我清净的增上意乐的力量，愿所有清净的愿望皆能实现！吉祥颂：对于五浊恶世的众生，慈悲如太阳般的光芒，极其炽盛地照耀的七位薄伽梵善逝，以及所说的愿望皆能成就等等，愿圆满的诸佛吉祥！仅仅听闻就能从轮回与寂灭的痛苦中，彻底解脱的甚深而广大的，精华《药师经》八百部，愿殊胜圣妙的法之吉祥！祈请救护的伟大菩萨，声闻护方以及夜叉首领等，愿此法长久增盛并住世的，僧伽和合之众吉祥！此外，还应以各种吉祥的偈颂来增添吉祥。如是善逝所赞叹的，经部王者的仪轨之精华，以慈悲之心而阐明的力量，愿一切众生皆能成就药师佛！如是名为《经部仪轨甘露妙瓶》者，见其易于修持，意义精要且利益巨大之要点，于胜生铁兔年黑月二十五日，由米旁（米旁仁波切）所著。以此善根，愿遍虚空的有情众生，获得无上的安乐，恒常普及，任运成就！若欲广说，可参照第五世达赖喇嘛的仪轨集《如意自在王》，若喜简略，则可依班禅大师一切智的《经部仪轨甘露精炼心要》等圣者所著之论典而修持。于此勤勉所作之善聚，如月光般，凡所有清净的福德，愿由此获得八善逝之身语意功德，并能施予一切众生安乐！如是加上祈愿词，由土丹（Thubten）印经院印制。吉祥圆满！ 药师佛经仪轨精简版《甘露妙瓶》

May the teachings, along with gain and respect, abide long! Through the blessings of the wondrous Sugatas and their heirs, the unfailing truth of dependent origination, and the power of my pure intention, may all pure aspirations be fulfilled! Auspicious Verses: For beings in this degenerate age, the light of compassion like the sun, blazing forth intensely, the seven Bhagavan Sugatas, and the fulfillment of all wishes through their prayers, may the perfect Buddhas be auspicious! Just hearing it can completely liberate from the suffering of samsara and nirvana, the profound and vast essence, the eight hundred sections of the Medicine Buddha Sutra, may the supreme and sacred Dharma be auspicious! Great Bodhisattvas who request, protect, and guard, Shravakas, protectors of the directions, Yaksha chiefs, and so forth, may the Sangha assembly that causes this Dharma to flourish and abide long be auspicious! Furthermore, may auspiciousness be enhanced by various auspicious verses. Thus, by the power of clarifying with loving intention this essence of the king of sutras, well-praised by the words of the Sugatas, may all beings achieve the Medicine Buddha! This, called "The Nectar Vase of Sutra Rituals," seeing its ease of practice, essential meaning, and great benefit, was composed by Mipham on the 25th of the dark month of the Iron Rabbit year of Rabjung. By this virtue, may unsurpassed benefit and happiness for sentient beings pervading the sky arise spontaneously and perpetually! If you wish for elaboration, refer to the ritual collection of the Great Fifth Dalai Lama, "The Wish-Fulfilling Sovereign," and if you prefer brevity, then practice according to the treatises composed by holy beings such as the Panchen Lama's Omniscient "Essence of Nectar, the Quintessential Heart of Sutra Rituals." Whatever virtuous accumulation has been diligently done here, like moonlight, whatever pure merit there is, may we obtain the glory of the body, speech, and mind of the eight Sugatas, and may we bestow relief upon all beings!
