祈愿。愿不堕轮回，安住于解脱之乐。从此命终，往生佛之净土，化生具足陀罗尼等功德。从药师王等一切佛处，领受教言，令其欢喜。顶礼、供养、皈依于导师薄伽梵如来应供正遍知，圣者胜者释迦牟尼佛。念诵七遍等。身金色，具降魔印，以稀有大悲精进力，成为娑婆世界之庄严，顶礼引导胜者释迦顶。以善巧方便与大悲，诞生于释迦族，摧毁他人不能胜伏之魔军，身如金山般巍峨，顶礼释迦王。以大悲心，执持争斗浊世之刹土，发下五百大愿，如白莲般赞叹，闻名不退转，顶礼大悲导师。今于此处圣众等，如诸佛之殊胜愿力智慧力，以真实语赞叹般，以恭敬心随念，以名号称诵，顶礼供养之威力，为导师能利益可怜众生与包括天人在内之世间，开示并加持七如来广愿经，从光荣颈项发出真实语，如七如来之名号与琉璃之陀罗尼殊胜利益赞叹般，愿今日得蒙垂念加持。如来您之身如何，眷属、寿命之量、净土，以及您之名号美妙如何，愿我等亦能如是。以信您并祈祷之威力，祈愿我等所住之处，病魔、贫困、争斗平息，佛法与吉祥增上。之后皈依于法宝。遣除无明黑暗之明灯，消除痛苦疾病之妙药，顶礼、供养、皈依于一切正法宝。念诵七遍等。生起之黑暗

Prayers. May we be free from falling into samsara and abide in the bliss of liberation. Upon death from here, may we be reborn in the pure land of the Buddhas, taking miraculous birth and perfecting the qualities such as dharanis. May we receive teachings from all the Buddhas, including the King of Medicine, and please them. I prostrate, make offerings, and take refuge in the Teacher, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One, the glorious Victor, Shakyamuni Buddha. Recite seven times, etc. With a golden hue and the earth-pressing mudra, through the power of wondrous compassion and great diligence, becoming the glory of the Saha world, I prostrate to the supreme guide, the crown jewel of the Shakyas. Born into the Shakya clan through skillful means and compassion, destroying the invincible armies of demons, with a body as majestic as a golden mountain, I prostrate to that Shakya King. With great compassion, holding onto the realm of strife and degeneration, making five hundred great aspirations, praised like a white lotus, never turning back upon hearing his name, I prostrate to the compassionate Teacher. Here and now, with the assembly of noble ones, just as the aspirations and wisdom of the supreme Victor are praised with truthful words, remembering with respectful minds, reciting names, and offering prostrations, may the Teacher, for the sake of benefiting helpless beings and the world including gods and humans, teach and bless the Extensive Aspiration Sutra of the Seven Tathagatas, uttering truthful words from his glorious neck, just as the names of the Seven Tathagatas and the supreme benefits of the lapis lazuli dharani are praised, may we be blessed to realize them today. O Tathagata, just as your body is, your retinue, the measure of your lifespan, your pure land, and how wonderful your excellent names are, may I and others become just like that. Through the power of believing in you and praying to you, may the places where I and others reside be pacified from sickness, evil spirits, poverty, and strife, and may Dharma and auspiciousness increase. འི་种子穷尽，痛苦烦恼的根源彻底拔除。 顶礼圣母般若波罗蜜多等，三乘神圣之法。远离突发污垢的法界，消除二障黑暗的圣道，证悟法性的顺缘圣教，顶礼经教证悟之神圣之法。 今此圣众等，真实可信的善逝之语，不变的真理之精华。 以恭敬之心忆念，称念名号并供养顶礼之威力。 仅闻名号便能消除过患增长功德。 如是等善逝之语不变之果，今此我等众生受用，愿虚空遍布之法灯燃起。 以神圣之法宝真谛之加持，我等从今乃至有生之年，所有诸佛之神圣之法，如诸佛之意而受持。 顶礼僧伽宝。 顶礼菩萨摩诃萨圣者文殊及救脱和金刚手等一切菩萨众。 供养，皈依。 念诵七遍等。 法王子，年少智慧之宝藏，我等为百种罪业所困扰之众生，显现此甚深广阔之道，顶礼至尊文殊菩萨。 以善巧方便殊胜之大悲威力，为救治非时而死、增广王政等，清晰地示现供养之方法，顶礼圣救脱。 于广严城中八善逝聚集，共同嘱咐守护教法，各自以真诚之语承诺，顶礼秘密主及眷属。 顶礼观世音及如日月般显现者，大智慧无热恼者等，三万六千眷属菩萨，及十方菩萨。 今此圣众等，如菩萨之愿力智慧威力，以真谛之语赞叹一般，以恭敬之心忆念，称念名号并供养顶礼之威力，文殊等诸佛之子

Whose seed is exhausted, and the root of suffering and affliction is completely eradicated. I prostrate to the sacred Dharma of the Three Vehicles, including the Queen Mother Prajnaparamita. The Dharmadhatu, free from adventitious defilements, the noble path that dispels the darkness of the two obscurations, the supreme scripture that is the concordant cause for realizing the nature of reality. I prostrate to the sacred Dharma of scripture and realization. Today, this noble assembly, etc., the Sugata's words, which are truly reliable, the unchanging essence of truth. Remembering with a respectful mind, by the power of reciting the names and offering prostrations. Just hearing the name eliminates faults and increases merits. Such as the unchanging result of the Sugata's words, may we and other beings enjoy it today, and may the lamp of Dharma, pervading the sky, be lit. By the blessings of the truth of the sacred Dharma Jewel, may we and others, from now until the end of existence, uphold all the sacred Dharma of all the Buddhas, according to the Buddhas' intentions. I prostrate to the Sangha Jewel. I prostrate to all the Bodhisattva assemblies, including the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Arya Manjushri, Kyabdro, and Vajrapani. I offer and take refuge. Recite seven times, etc. Dharma Prince, youthful treasure of wisdom, to us beings afflicted by hundreds of sins, revealing this profound and vast path, I prostrate to the venerable Manjushri. By the power of skillful means and supreme compassion, for the sake of curing untimely death, increasing royal power, etc., clearly showing the method of offering, I prostrate to Arya Kyabdro. In Vaishali, the eight Sugatas gathered, jointly entrusting the protection of the teachings, each promising with truthful words, I prostrate to the Lord of Secrets and retinue. I prostrate to Avalokiteshvara and those who appear like the sun and moon, the great wisdom Anavatapta, etc., the thirty-six thousand Bodhisattva retinue, and the Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. Today, this noble assembly, etc., just as the Bodhisattva's aspiration and wisdom power are praised with truthful words, remembering with a respectful mind, by the power of reciting the names and offering prostrations, the sons of the Buddhas such as Manjushri.
