如同用羊的甘露丸一样，将药粉用清水或牛奶调和。将伏藏品中无欺的莲花生大师师徒等所修的法药，以及无误的持明上师所修的法药，用酒的精华浸泡后的汁液混合后蒸发。加入藏红花、红檀香等任何可得的粉末，将颜色变为黄色或红褐色后倒出。如果能像炮制《噶玛巴心意》的药丸那样炮制药粉就更好了。如果不能，就以这些药等的自生本尊作为前行，以甘露加持的要点，一心专注地念诵百万咒语等，这本身就是修药时的压制。无论何时需要甘露药供，都将药颅（药头盖骨）放入具有三种特征等的容器中，加入好酒或清水。在修大法等的时候，为了表示八种圆满的会供，就折叠八条彩带，或者为了表示红白菩提的清净，就用铜和锡混合制成的镜子覆盖，如是而行，诸位上师如是说。另外，在一些噶玛巴伏藏的典籍中说，外在的八根如前所述，内在的八根是至尊米拉日巴所具备的：生命形成是脐，树干是五蕴的血肉骨骼，树枝是四肢，树叶是牙齿、指甲、头发和体毛，花朵是五根，果实是五脏，精华是骨髓、脑髓、脂肪和神识，树皮是皮肤，这就是八根。秘密的八根是父亲的四种成分和母亲的四种成分，也就是八根。其中，父亲的四种成分是：菩提心的住所——脑髓，通道——脊髓，生殖之处——睾丸，流出之处——金刚之水，这就是四种。母亲的四种成分是：红色的宫殿——女性生殖器，储存之处——阴道深处，接受之处——阴道口，通道——三种舌头，即鸟舌、阳舌、阴舌。如是说，虽然八根的分类方式多种多样，但实际上是指内在身体五甘露的体性和所依之处的差别，以及作为其保护的外在药物的种类，无论采取何种方式，都不会违背要点。如果只想简略地修持法药，那么在修持金刚手降伏傲慢的甘露丸时，用粪便保护

Like sheep's nectar pills, mix the medicinal powder with clean water or milk. Mix the nectar from the Dharma medicines accomplished by Padmasambhava and his retinue from authentic treasures, and the Dharma medicines accomplished by unerring vidyadhara masters, with the essence of wine, and evaporate. Add saffron, red sandalwood, and any other available powder, change the color to yellow or reddish-brown, and pour it out. It would be best to prepare the powder like the pills of the Kagyu Mind Treasure. If not, take the self-arisen deity of these medicines as the preliminary, and with single-pointed focus on the key points of the nectar's blessing, recite millions of mantras, etc. This itself is the suppression during the medicine accomplishment. Whenever nectar medicine offerings are needed, place the medicine skull (medicine skullcap) in a container with three characteristics, etc., and add good wine or clean water. During great accomplishments, etc., to indicate the eight perfect assemblies, fold eight colored ribbons, or to indicate the purity of red and white bodhi, cover it with a mirror made of mixed copper and tin, as it is said, and act accordingly, as the lamas say. Furthermore, in some Kagyu treasure texts, it is said that the outer eight roots are as mentioned above, and the inner eight roots are possessed by the supreme Milarepa: the formation of life is the navel, the trunk is the flesh and bones of the five aggregates, the branches are the four limbs, the leaves are the teeth, nails, hair, and body hair, the flowers are the five senses, the fruits are the five internal organs, the essence is the bone marrow, brain marrow, fat, and consciousness, the bark is the skin, these are the eight roots. The secret eight roots are the father's four components and the mother's four components, which are the eight roots. Among them, the father's four components are: the abode of bodhicitta - the brain marrow, the channel - the spinal cord, the place of procreation - the testicles, the place of outflow - the vajra fluid, these are the four. The mother's four components are: the red palace - the female genitalia, the place of storage - the depth of the vagina, the place of reception - the vaginal opening, the channel - the three tongues, namely the bird tongue, the yang tongue, and the yin tongue. As it is said, although there are various ways of classifying the eight roots, in reality, it refers to the difference between the nature and the basis of the five nectars of the inner body, and the types of external medicines that protect them. No matter which method is adopted, it will not contradict the key points. If you only want to briefly practice Dharma medicine, then when practicing the Vajrapani Subduer of Pride nectar pills, protect with feces.
