I, the valiant one, the initial brain marrow of the superior great flesh slain by the sword on the battlefield. Great flesh: the menstrual blood of a young, unmarried maiden before her first menstruation. A pill made from the combined urine of an eight-year-old boy, one of the five nectars: one drop each of bodhicitta and excrement, two drops of brain marrow, and two drops of urine pill, as the root. Its branches, such as protection, are nourished by near wood, arura, myrobalan, nutmeg. Evergreen juniper, rhododendron, poplar, pine, cypress, and other substances that do not dry out in winter, the elixir of life. Stalactites and old moss of rock melt. Mix all of these in equal parts with the five nectars. Knead with butter until soft. Add three kinds of sweets in equal parts, about two-thirds the amount of the nectar and protection. Moisten with the essence of alcohol. Roll into pills the size of mustard seeds. Dry in the shade during autumn and other cool seasons. Pour into a good skull, seal the opening with silk, and visualize the five families of deities, male and female, within the skull, invoking and dissolving them like the blessings of nectar, making offerings. Visualize bodhicitta, like pearls, descending from the point of union, filling the skull. Recite: Om Hum Tram Hrih Ah Om Ah Hum Sarva Pancha Amrita Hum Hrih Thah (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Recite for three, five, or seven days. When good omens appear, fill the skull, the five continents, with nectar pills. Mix the five excretions with gold, and write the five hand symbols and five syllables on red silk. Wrap and seal the opening with it. Gently place it on a mandala and perform recitation and practice. When signs appear, obtain the siddhis in the three places. Wrap the pills with cloth and consume them daily. The benefits are the four siddhis and three freedoms, and the four that are accomplished by the nature of reality, the essence of phenomena, the power of strength, and the accomplishment of blessings. Excrement cures poison diseases, urine cures coughs, blood cures cold diseases, great flesh cures leprosy, and bodhicitta cures fever diseases, thus pacifying the five diseases. Eating excrement brings wealth, great flesh brings power, blood pleases beings, urine brings melodious voice and radiance, and bodhicitta brings bright radiance and excellence, accomplishing the five common needs. Bodhicitta prolongs life, excrement brings strength, blood brings good complexion, urine brings the voice of Brahma, and great flesh brings power. These are also the five common needs. Excrement is Vairochana, bodhicitta is Akshobhya, great flesh is Ratnasambhava, blood is Amitabha, urine is Amoghasiddhi, the five families of deities.
