Grapes refer to elephant meat. Aru or Agaru refers to horse meat. Gele Ge refers to the meat of domestic dogs, etc. Amra refers to the meat of humans, etc. Nale refers to the meat of cattle, etc. There are also different ways of placing them in directions, although there is no contradiction, but here we will do it this way. Moreover, animals that sleep in caves, as well as animals that burrow, animals that fly in the sky, meat-eating crows, etc., with curved beaks, swans, ducks, etc., with wings, animals with flat beaks, animals with small beaks such as sparrows, and the meat of quails, partridges, snowcocks, etc., also accumulate a thousand or as much as possible, because it is said that all sentient beings have the essence of nectar. It should be known that among thousands of kinds of meat, it is good to accumulate whatever is available. If it is impossible to accumulate that much, it will not be a fault of deficiency, because the main parts of the five meats already contain the meaning. However, if it is not possible to accumulate as mentioned above, elephant meat is indispensable in order to fulfill the vow of the body. If it is impossible to obtain it, the fruit of yak dung is needed. Similarly, in order to fulfill the vow of speech, peacock meat, if not available, bat meat is needed. In order to fulfill the vow of mind, lion meat, if not found, white dog meat is needed.

据说，如果没有圆满功德的灵鹫之肉，就需要蓝马之肉；如果没有圆满事业的山鸡之肉，就需要蝙蝠之肉。此外，关于近亲的种类：对婆罗门处以猴子之刑，对刹帝利处以八哥之刑，对吠舍处以青蛙之刑，地上居住的是人，天上居住的是山鸡，地下居住的是穿山甲，森林里居住的是麝香鹿，水里居住的是鱼和水獭的肉等，据说这些都很难获得。总之，大豆、青稞、豌豆、小麦等谷物，水果的种类，药物的种类，各种肉类和血类，各种心，内脏、器官、脑、胆等各种，水的种类和各种酒，以及宝石的种类等，没有不适用的，因此被称为广大无垠的精华。一般来说，不加区分地将一切聚集在一起，因为显有诸法原本就存在于甘露之中，五毒本身也会转化为药物，更何况其他的呢？如是说，所以总的来说要知道，如果获得了炼制转化的能力，就没有什么不适用的物质，一切都是甘露。然而，在共同的法药修持时，会有特别的说明。也就是说，虽然肉类没有不需要的，但不应该使用被尸臭污染的肉。这是因为这种肉气味难闻，不能用于任何物质等。同样，在血类中，不应使用经血、麻风病人的血、寡妇的血等，以及它们的肉类。同样，因为它们变成了气味的败坏之物。虽然药物没有不需要的，但不应该使用贵重的树木，即木香。虽然香没有不需要的，但不应该使用麝香，据说这两者不是不能混合在药物配方中，而是因为麝香的能量和功德很大，就像前面所说的那样也是需要的。然而，如果这些东西太多，这些东西的气味会抑制其他药物的气味，所以才这样说。据说如果将它们磨成粉末，气味就会消失，这样就没有冲突。据说树木没有不需要的，但不应该使用毒花，不仅如此，泻药如乌头等如果太多也不好，所以要禁止。此外，大蒜、木香、水柏枝、石楠、麝香根、杜鹃根等是气味的败坏之物。野猪、尸臭、泽兰、梭椤、索托、罗波等是肉类的败坏之物。女萎、瑞香、豆花等是花朵的败坏之物。

In short, grains such as soybeans, barley, peas, and wheat; types of fruits; types of medicines; types of meat and blood; various hearts; various internal organs, such as the brain and bile; various types of water and various types of alcohol; and types of precious stones, etc., there is nothing that is not used, so it is called a vast and boundless essence. In general, everything should be gathered together without distinction, because all phenomena of existence are originally present in nectar, and the five poisons themselves are transformed into medicine, so what need is there to mention others? As it is said, in general, one should know that if one obtains the ability to purify and transform, there is no substance that is not suitable, and everything is nectar. However, when practicing common Dharma medicine, there are special instructions. That is, although there is no meat that is not needed, one should not use meat contaminated by carrion. This is because this meat has a foul odor and cannot be used for any substance, etc. Similarly, among the types of blood, one should not use menstrual blood, the blood of lepers, the blood of widows, etc., and their types of meat. Similarly, because they have become corrupted substances of odor. Although there is no medicine that is not needed, one should not use precious trees, i.e., costus root. Although there is no incense that is not needed, one should not use musk, it is said that these two are not that they cannot be mixed in medicine formulas, but because the energy and merit of musk are great, as it was said above that it is also needed. However, if there is too much of these, the odor of these will suppress the odor of other medicines, so it is said in this way. It is said that if they are ground into powder, the odor will disappear, so there is no contradiction. It is said that there is no tree that is not needed, but one should not use poisonous flowers, not only that, but purgatives such as aconite, etc., are not good if there are too many, so they should be prohibited. Furthermore, garlic, costus root, Daphne tangutica, Rhododendron, musk root, cuckoo root, etc., are corruptions of odor. Wild boar, carrion, Eupatorium, Selaginella, Soto, Ropo, etc., are corruptions of meat. Clematis, Daphne, bean flowers, etc., are corruptions of flowers.
