于浩瀚之中。 虽未见任何“此是”之物， 然无未见之遗漏。 于自之法性自明中， 显现而无显成、去除之分别。 念头之垢与怀疑之， 刺痛断绝如虚空， 如日升起般出现。 彼时下气稍收敛， 如收缩阴门之程度。 此乃乐之要诀。 于任何根识皆未触及， 口则稍稍张开， 谓此乃无别住之诀窍。 眼球正直朝向虚空， 诸根亦不抑制， 此乃明之要诀。 眼珠不动，置于正中， 诸根亦不摇动， 此乃无念之要诀。 四诀窍乃龙钦心髓之口诀， 具足此，则自力， 心与法性融合如是说。 彼等行持，莫为勤作之， 动摇所染，于自然中， 安住不动，离思离想， 舍弃一切心识而安住。 如是混浊之水， 不搅动则自然澄清般， 念头于本性中沉睡时， 法性自光自然显现。 哈日赞乃不动摇， 细微火星，耶列瓦。 串习增长，稳固为要。 无相大圆满之次第， 乃口诀中之王。 烟等征相， 于此之中圆满而生。 乐明无念体验之云， 于自心虚空中所显现， 无有破立、希冀、疑虑， 于法性中自然而然地， 唯安住，长久持续。 醒、梦、熟睡、入定四者， 无别光明之轮廓， 未成串习之界前， 彼安住要诀需勤奋。 法性自光，法界智之， 显现不灭，庄严之云， 无二自生，以要诀亦， 执持为智慧身之证相。 离于遮蔽之瓶颈， 灯之光明渐增益。 入于无始本性中， 一切分别二取尽灭时， 诸法无二，广大明点。 果位自生之智慧， 乃诸佛之自性， 乃道之所趋究竟处。 唉玛，自明文殊以， 啊火，无二之方式宣说。 于具足阿底道之有缘者， 阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：无）卡字（藏文：ཀ，梵文天城体：क，梵文罗马拟音：ka，汉语字面意思：作）此铭刻于心。 于达仓圣地所写

In the vast expanse. Although nothing is seen as "this," Yet there is no omission of what is unseen. In the self-awareness of one's own Dharma nature, Manifestation arises without the distinction of accomplishment or removal. The taint of thoughts and the stinging pain of doubt are severed, like the sun rising in the sky. At that time, the lower wind is slightly contracted, to the extent of a slight smile of the vulva. This is the key indication of bliss. Without touching any of the sense faculties, with the mouth slightly open, It is said to be the key indication of dwelling in non-duality. The eyeballs are directed straight into space, but the senses are not suppressed. This is the key indication of clarity. The pupils are kept unmoving, fixed in the center, and the senses are not agitated. This is the key indication of non-thought. The four indications are the instructions of the Longchen Nyingtik, Possessing these, it is said that spontaneously, the mind and Dharma nature merge. Those actions, without being tainted by the effort of exertion, in a natural state, Abide without moving, beyond thought, abandoning all mental activity. Just as muddy water, when left undisturbed, naturally clears, When thoughts subside into their nature, the self-radiance of Dharma nature naturally arises. Ha Ri Tsen is unmoving, A faint spark, Ye Lewa. Cherishing familiarity and stability. The stage of the formless Great Perfection, is the king of all instructions. The signs such as smoke, etc., will arise perfectly within this state. The clouds of the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought, Whatever appears in the sky of one's own mind, Without acceptance or rejection, hope or fear, In the natural state of Dharma nature, Simply abide, prolonging it continuously. In the four states of waking, dreaming, deep sleep, and absorption, In the sphere of undifferentiated luminosity, Before familiarity has become the expanse, It is crucial to diligently apply the key point of that state. The unobstructed display of the self-radiance of Dharma nature, the wisdom of the expanse, Even with the key point of non-dual self-arising, It holds the manifest signs of the wisdom body. From the gradual removal of the obscuring vase, the light of the lamp increases more and more. Having entered the beginningless nature, When all conceptual dualistic appearances are exhausted, All phenomena are non-dual, the great bindu. The spontaneously arising wisdom of the result, is the nature of all Buddhas, It is the ultimate destination to be reached by the path. Emaho, Self-Aware Manjushri, Ah Ho, spoke in a non-dual manner. Ge. ༈ The Essence of Mind Instructions. I prostrate to the unequaled protector, Manjushri Lama. Friends, listen here, without pretense or deceit. I will explain three essential points of the unrivaled path. Let the mind rest naturally, without fabrication. There, rely on mindfulness alone, without distraction. If a child, without confusion, prays with faith to the unequaled lineage of vidyadharas. From the blessing of the meaning-transmission of realization from the unborn expanse. When the inexpressible nature is experienced. Right here, without mental fabrication, nakedly. When it dawns as meditation, without doubt. The meaning is unobscured, and the self-cognizance of awareness is grasped. Whatever thoughts arise, endlessly powerful. Without acceptance or rejection, in the very nature of awareness. Whatever arises, without special focus, is the ornament of play. Whatever is done, without effort or accomplishment, is the meaning of meditation. When that is experienced without interruption. Day and night, the environment is clear light. Without grasping, the illusion of samsara vanishes. Without mental fixation, crazy alala. The meaning is unerring, and darkness is dispelled by seeing. Wisdom light expands without limit. Happiness is constant, without change, through attainment. For sentient beings who experience suffering, without meaning. Compassion pervades their hearts with boundless radiance. All the inexhaustible wealth of the victorious ones. Here, without effort, it appears in the palm of your hand. Like the waves of the ocean, the mind is unstoppable. Wisdom itself dawns without deliberate obstruction. This is the special characteristic of the path of non-effort. Homage to the deathless Guru Rinpoche and his lineage. The unequaled love of the father bestows this Dharma portion. Those fortunate ones who receive the unceasing kindness. From the precious staircase of the path of non-effort. Without hardship, easily and swiftly. Ascend to the supreme state of the ultimate rank. Alala Ho! Self-aware wisdom is all-pervasive. Whatever appears is unceasing, the power of play. When it dawns as the stream of awareness. Differentiating between good and bad thoughts.
