Lay down all arguments and proofs, Rest in this way, in the time of self-illuminating purity, In this, there is nothing that can be identified, Luminous awareness, without cessation, yere mere. Without boundaries, center, or directions, vast and open, Nothing accomplished, hare sangnge. Like water clarifying, naturally manifest, Resting relaxed, it becomes increasingly clear. Arise the experience of severing the hanging rope of doubt, In the unmade state, with just non-distracted mindfulness, Enough, it is crucial to relax in this state. With this method of resting, the primordial nature of reality, Without anyone's fabrication, one sees one's own nature. Completely beyond the extremes of existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation. The inexpressible nature of reality ceases there. Ignorant beings, in the field of skillful arguments, Spread out like clouds the net of conceptual thoughts, Of appearances and emptiness, and so on, Obscuring the expanse of the true nature of reality. Those who wish to see the nature of reality with fabricated meditation, Are like chasing after water in a mirage. Therefore, the instruction of directly guarding one's own essence is precious. When directly guarding, the power of space and awareness, Are primordially inseparable, one's own essence is experienced by oneself. If the nature of reality does not arise from one's own essence, Then fabricated meditation will never see the true meaning. When one's own nature arises nakedly, the meaning of union, The essence of equality, free from the extremes of permanence and annihilation, non-dual. Even with the final certainty, The sun of unwavering confidence arises. Kyi mo (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) yena lhen cig kye ba'i don (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), the meaning of primordially co-emergent, Self-born wisdom, the unconditioned expanse, Far beyond the realm of conceptual thought, Inconceivable, luminous great bliss. That which is difficult to realize even with long and arduous effort, And proper diligence on the supreme path, This instruction of effortlessly finding it in its own place, The vajra essence, the system of the vast as space vehicle. Although extremely easy, what need to mention ordinary people, It is difficult even for the minds of great intellectuals to comprehend. This is the wondrous and amazing thing about this, Later, when you see the qualities, you will be amazed. Those who are foolish, of inferior faculties, with little prior training, Those who are seized by evil teachers, will not change their faith. Even if they go through hundreds of thousands of eons, They will be deprived of the opportunity to see their own primordial nature. Taking the guru's instructions to heart, Do not be rash and agitated at first, Enter the path of the true dharmakaya, Rest in what is naturally present within you.

The meaning of great bliss. Soon, it will be directly realized. All the qualities of the Mahayana path and its result, Having gained conviction that they arise effortlessly from this, You will see all paths transformed into the guru. Although diligence is good, it is a long path, This effortless one is the shortcut to the result, Since all efforts eventually converge here, those who enter here are supremely fortunate. Emaho! The primordial purity, free from elaboration, is a state of peace, The spontaneously present, self-luminous splendor blazes forth, The supreme wisdom body, free from aging and decay, In the youthful vase body's city, By the wisdom king, the guru's instructions, Having been led by the hand and gone to bliss, May I become a lamp of wisdom that destroys all the darkness of ignorance of beings pervading space. Thus, Jampal Dorje wrote this directly on the auspicious day of the Iron Tiger year's second month. It should be kept secret from those who are not vessels, it is extremely profound. Mangalam! Heart Essence Oral Instructions Buddha's Handprint. Namo Padmakaraye. To the sons and all the victorious ones, the wisdom of Manjushri, Having bowed to the glorious guru who demonstrates the way, For those who wish to know and meditate on the profound meaning of mind, I will briefly speak on the essential instructions. The essential point of the eighty-four thousand teachings, Cutting through the final decision depends on one's own mind. Seeing the secret essence of mind is the pinnacle of all dharmas, Therefore, realize the nature of mind. What is most important at the beginning of this is, The precious instructions of a guru who possesses realization and experience. If the guru's instructions do not hit the essential point, Searching, practicing, and meditating are like shooting arrows in the dark. Therefore, abandon all contrived views and meditations, The essential point of the uncorrected, natural state is the instruction of destruction. Seeing the unobstructed, naked face of wisdom, free from the husk of mind, Make sure the key to seeing hits the essential point. The meaning of the uncorrected, natural, and primordially abiding state, If you do not decide from the depths of your heart on the profound meaning that arises from the essential point of dharmata, Speaking and thinking are like children chasing rainbows. On the uncorrected, vast awareness, Whenever experience arises, from that time on, the way of non-action, The way of cultivating, without relying on others, The certainty, finding it yourself, is very wonderful. What is most important for that in the intermediate time, is only to continuously cultivate without distraction. The way of cultivating, whenever you remember the natural state of mind itself, At that moment, abide
