English
The cessation of all feelings, having realized it with the body and abiding in completeness, this is the eighth liberation. Sanskrit Romanization: Abhibhūta, Literal Chinese Meaning: Overpowered) is also acceptable. There are eight spheres of mastery: One with internal perception of form contemplates external forms, viewing small, beautiful, and ugly forms. Having overpowered those forms, one knows; having overpowered, one sees, like this. This perception arises, this is the first sphere of mastery. One without internal perception of form contemplates external forms, viewing the vast. Like the previous meaning of "viewing," and the subsequent beautiful forms, etc., combine as before, this is the second sphere of mastery. One without internal perception of form contemplates external forms, viewing blue, this is the third. In this case, blue color (Tibetan: ནཱི་ལ་བརྞྞ་ནི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नीलवर्णानि, Sanskrit Romanization: Nīlavarṇāni, Literal Chinese Meaning: blue color), appearing as blue (Tibetan: ནཱི་ལ་ནི་དརྴ་ནཱ་ནི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नीलनिदर्शनानि, Sanskrit Romanization: Nīlanidarśanāni, Literal Chinese Meaning: blue appearance), blue light arising (Tibetan: ནི་ལ་ནིརྦྷཱ་སཱ་ནི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नीलनिर्भासानि, Sanskrit Romanization: Nilanirbhāsāni, Literal Chinese Meaning: blue light), etc., and, for example, flax flower (Tibetan: ཨུ་མ་ཀཱ་པུཥྤཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: उमाकापुष्पं, Sanskrit Romanization: Umākāpuṣpaṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: flax flower) or, abundant Varanasi cloth, blue. Combining blue color, etc., it is declared as a metaphor. Similarly, without internal perception of form, the three subsequent color masteries are similar. Contemplating external forms, yellow (Tibetan: པཱི་ཏཱ་ནི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: पीतानि, Sanskrit Romanization: Pītāni, Literal Chinese Meaning: yellow), yellow color (Tibetan: ཁ་དོག་སེར་པོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: पीतवर्णानि, Sanskrit Romanization: Pītavarṇāni, Literal Chinese Meaning: yellow color), appearing as yellow (Tibetan: སེར་པོ་ལྟར་སྟོན་པ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: पीतनिदर्शनानि, Sanskrit Romanization: Pītanidarśanāni, Literal Chinese Meaning: yellow appearance), yellow light arising, like this, categorize everything. In the case of metaphor, Karnikara flower (Tibetan: ཀིརྞྞི་ཀ་ར་པུཥྤཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: किर्णि करपुष्पं, Sanskrit Romanization: Kirṇi karapuṣpaṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Karnikara flower) and abundant Varanasi yellow cloth, etc., combine. Like this, viewing yellow is the fourth sphere of mastery. Without internal perception of form, contemplating external forms, red (Tibetan: ལོ་ཧཾ་ཏ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: लोहित, Sanskrit Romanization: Lohita, Literal Chinese Meaning: red), red color (Tibetan: ཁ་དོག་དམར་པོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: लोहितवर्णानि, Sanskrit Romanization: Lohitavarṇāni, Literal Chinese Meaning: red color), appearing as red (Tibetan: དམར་པོ་ལྟ་བུར་སྟོན་པ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: लोहितनिदर्शनानि, Sanskrit Romanization: Lohitanidarśanāni, Literal Chinese Meaning: red appearance), viewing red light arising, etc., is the fifth sphere of mastery.ེ་ནི། bandhu jīvaka puṣpaḥ: Bandhu jīvaka flower and. bārāṇasī'i bstraṁ lohita: Red cloth from Varanasi. ras dmar po'i: Of red cloth. nang gzugs med par 'du shes pas phyi rol gyi gzugs: Because of perceiving the absence of form internally, the external form. a-ba-dā-tā-ni: White. dkar po: White. kha dog dkar po: White color. dkar po lta bur ston pa: Showing as if it were white.
