Surrounded by gurus, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas, visualize the deities of the world in your belly. With hands in the gesture of offering and pouring, imagine that all the deities are pleased and satisfied by various offerings of food, drink, and burnt substances. This is the yoga of food. When sleeping, gather all phenomena into yourself. Gather your body into the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) at your heart. The (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable becomes thinner and disappears into emptiness. Sleep in a state of non-objectification. This is the yoga of sleep. When rising, instantly arise as the deity's form. From the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) at your heart, light radiates, and visualize the entire mandala of the container and its contents, the support and the supported, clearly appearing. Saying (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is the act of rising. Wherever you are, whatever you do, recite (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), and all appearances are the deity's form. With (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), all sounds are mantra. With (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), all thoughts are the deity's mind. Offering to the deity as a deity within illusion, action without attachment is yoga. A yogi who abides in this way will be victorious over all unfavorable circumstances, attain accomplishments of the past and future, and achieve the state of Vajradhara. If you wish to meditate on the Completion Stage, do as described in the scriptures such as the Hevajra Tantra. This is a verse based on the teachings of Dharma King Phagpa, according to the Ra Lotsawa tradition of Yamantaka's realization stages. Written by Dhi on the 13th day of the 6th month of the Water Tiger year. Auspicious! ༈ །། The Sadhana of Two-Armed Vajrabhairava. After taking refuge and generating bodhicitta. From emptiness, on a lotus and sun disc, from various vajras marked with the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable, light radiates. In the center of the vajra fence, within a dharma-arising, on a wind mandala, from the (Tibetan: བྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वम्, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Vam) syllable arises an eight-petaled lotus, surrounded by an ocean of blood and fat, encircled by eight great charnel grounds. On the moon disc in the center of the lotus, my own mind, the (Tibetan: དྷཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: धीः, Sanskrit Romanization: dhīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Dhi) syllable, radiates and gathers, transforming into Manjushri in a half-lotus posture, holding a sword and a bundle of utpala flowers, adorned with silks and jewels. From the (Tibetan: དྷཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: धीः, Sanskrit Romanization: dhīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Dhi) syllable at his heart, light radiates, inviting all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, who dissolve into me. Instantly, I myself become Yamantaka, blue, with one face and two arms, with the face of a buffalo, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, adorned with dry and wet skulls, wearing six bone ornaments, naked, with reddish-yellow hair standing on end, three eyes, and from his mouth, the sounds of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat) are proclaimed, residing in a throwing posture on a buffalo seat. From the syllables at the three places (body, speech, and mind), light radiates, transforming the five classes of Maras into Buddhas, surrounded by a host of Bodhisattvas.
