In the heart center, on a sun disc, the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese: 啥) is surrounded by mantras, radiating light, and the abundance of existence and peace is drawn together. Om Amrite Hum Phat. Merely remembering this, one destroys all obstacles and grants all supreme attainments as desired. From emptiness, from the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Devanagari: ताम्, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal Chinese: 当), a white lotus arises, in the center of which, on a moon-shaped seat, visualize oneself as the noble Tara, seated in vajra posture, holding the gesture of generosity and an Utpala flower, with a complexion as white as the autumn moon, relying on the moon as a backdrop, completely adorned with all ornaments, possessing the appearance of a sixteen-year-old. All fully enlightened Buddhas are her sons, she is the deity who transforms into a loving mother, holding the form of desire. On the moon disc in her heart, in the center of the eight petals, visualize a wisdom deity identical to oneself, white in color, visualize as the holy Tara.
