豆蔻、白豆蔻、荜茇这三种。款冬花，找到余甘子的处所显现。тра（藏文音译）舌舔盐等和，白山羊奶，酥油熬制成妙音天女油。为了增长智慧、清晰记忆、语言动听而依止。如是所说内容相似，多少略有差异，无论如何做都可以。此处实践中，诃子金色且品质好，姜黄、余甘子，有白黑条纹的余甘子两种，三种热药，悬钩子和余甘子，印度信度地方的嘛呢 மந்திர（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）山所产的优质舔盐等舔盐种类非常美味且颜色发红，如果没有，用优质岩盐或者颜色发红且美味的舔盐也可以。白色款冬花等这八种药材是。其上加入甘草、芸香、小豆蔻、白茴香四种，成为十二种药材，加入少许木香也可以。诃子、款冬花、甘草、芸香、悬钩子、余甘子这些多一些作为基础，三种热药是其一半左右。寒性体质的人多加也可以。舔盐、诃子等六种加起来的四分之一或六分之一左右都可以。小豆蔻和白茴香这两种差不多一样就好，我心里是这么想的。 《勇猛一成就法》中说：药材一两，羊奶四“བྲེ་”，酥油一“བྲེ་”的量。逐渐用小火熬制。十三种药材用水熬出的汁液做成药油，或者除了三种热药和木香四种之外，其他的取汁，那四种最后加入都可以。药材取汁后，加入四“བྲེ་”白山羊奶等，根据药材的多少来熬制。以白山羊酥油为基础，加入红牛、杂色牛的酥油等优质酥油来增加，如法制作药油，为了喜欢吃，加入甘草或者三种甜味剂来调味。在自己面前，以妙音天女油的明亮，将世间和寂静的精华以及语言自在的成就汇集，尽力融入药油中。从初一开始，用鲜花和香等供养和赞美妙音天女，并祈求赐予语言的成就，每天早上空腹吃鸡蛋大小的量。并且在妙音天女像前供奉供品，念诵：嗡 阿嘎 玛利尼 格尼 格尼 斯瓦哈（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。《勇猛一成就法》中说：ི་ཎི་ཁི་ཎི། ཞེས་འདུག་པས་དེ་ལྟར་སྔགས་འབྲུ་བཅུ་དྲུག་པ་བཟླའོ། །此为，因此念诵十六字咒。首先修习此咒，先进行十万遍的念诵，之后再吃药用酥油时，每次念诵七遍，观想妙音天女的手在运作，如果一个月内都这样吃，就能获得语言的成就。即使没有药用酥油，也可以在一些酥油或水中这样念诵，如果六个月内都这样吃，也能获得语言的成就，这是从《勇士成就续》和《善妙如意》中，由怙主龙树的口诀中说到的。现在在清净的地方，避开污秽，保持清洁和梵行，安住于本尊咒语的瑜伽中，舍弃肉、酒、蒜等不净食物，食用三白（牛奶、酸奶、酥油），从一个月到六个月之间精进修持，就能成为一切言语中最殊胜的，声音美妙，说话纯净清晰，智慧明亮，成为善说之源，获得语自在的大成就。此外，身体的寿命、力量和光彩增长，无病，身心安乐等无量功德和共同成就也会产生，最终被语自在天女摄受，也成为逐渐走向佛位的因。这是稍微获得此天女加持的麦彭 仁波切所写，善哉！土猪年某月某日于杂雅日（今四川省甘孜州新龙县境内）山脚下。吉祥！༈ 红色妙音佛母的秘密修法智慧照耀。顶礼妙音天女语自在！此处欲修红色妙音佛母，故于意合之吉祥处，以未沾染尘土之牛粪涂抹地面，于其上布置花朵曼扎，于彼处以陶或珍宝之宝瓶，盛装未被城市习俗所染之清净女童所取之水。五宝、五谷、六妙药，以及朱砂等物，皆善调于镜中，备妥具足之物。以红色绸缎覆盖瓶口，于其周围布置供品、朵玛等力所能及之清净供物，庄严围绕。自身以妙香涂身，安坐于舒适之座，行皈依、发心、积资之后，以自性空净化。于空性之中，生起红色莲花，花瓣广

If not available, good rock salt or red and delicious licking salt can also be used. White coltsfoot, etc., these eight medicinal materials are. On top of that, add licorice, rue, small cardamom, and white fennel, making twelve medicinal materials, and adding a little costus root is also acceptable. Haritaki, coltsfoot, licorice, rue, raspberry, and Emblica should be more as a base, and the three hot medicines should be about half of that. It is also good to add more for those with cold constitutions. Licking salt, Haritaki, etc., can be about a quarter or a sixth of the total. It is good to make small cardamom and white fennel about the same amount, that's what I think. In the "One Valiant Accomplishment Method," it says: one ounce of medicinal materials, four "bre" of goat's milk, and one "bre" of ghee. Gradually simmer over low heat. The liquid boiled from the thirteen medicinal materials is made into medicinal oil, or the juice is extracted from all except the three hot medicines and costus root, and those four can be added last. After extracting the juice from the medicinal materials, add four "bre" of white goat's milk, etc., and simmer according to the amount of medicinal materials. Based on white goat ghee, add high-quality ghee such as red cow and mixed cow ghee to increase it. Make medicinal oil according to the method, and add licorice or three sweeteners to taste for those who like to eat it. In front of oneself, with the brightness of Saraswati ghee, gather the essence of the world and peace, and the accomplishments of speech, and integrate them into the medicinal oil as much as possible. Starting from the first day, offer and praise Saraswati with flowers and incense, and pray for the bestowal of speech accomplishments, and eat an egg-sized amount every morning on an empty stomach. Also, offer offerings in front of the image of Saraswati, and recite: Om Arka Malini Kini Kini Svaha (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning). It says "I ṇi khi ṇi," so recite the sixteen-syllable mantra accordingly. First, practice this mantra, first do the retreat of reciting it a hundred thousand times, then when eating medicinal ghee, recite the mantra seven times each time, thinking that the hand of Saraswati is working. If you eat like this for a month, you will attain the accomplishment of speech. Even if there is no medicinal ghee, you can recite it like this on some ghee or water, and if you eat it for six months, you will also attain the accomplishment of speech. This is said in the Tantra of the Accomplishment of a Single Hero and the Wish-Fulfilling Gem of Virtue, from the instructions of Lord Nagarjuna. Now, in a clean place, avoid defilement, maintain cleanliness and celibacy, abide in the yoga of the deity and mantra, abandon unclean foods such as meat, alcohol, and garlic, and eat the three whites (milk, yogurt, ghee).
