Furthermore, the severance practice is the third. Meditate on the wheel and the letter, the two rotating in opposite directions and intersecting each other, thereby pacifying the mental disturbances caused by heart wind, distraction, agitation, lethargy, etc. These four are the four common key instructions for enhancing wisdom. Secondly, when upholding the doctrine, the four special instructions are: When teaching, visualize your own throat, clear as the deity, emitting light from the white Bham (བྃ་, ,baṃ,seed syllable) , purifying the faults of speech of all beings, gathering the virtues of the speech of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and dissolving them into Bham (བྃ་, ,baṃ,seed syllable) , thereby transforming it into a right-turning white conch shell, possessing the sound of Brahma, with the sixteen vowels circling in sequence within the coiled whorls of its interior, from which emanates the sound of the Dharma being taught, melodious and clear in meaning, unobstructed and resounding throughout the expanse of the sky. When debating, visualize your own tongue, clear as the deity, emitting light into the three realms from Kham (ཁྃ་, ,khaṃ,seed syllable), purifying the faults of all debates, gathering the teachings of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the virtues of perfect endowments, dissolving them into Kham (ཁྃ་, ,khaṃ,seed syllable), thereby transforming it into a sword that completely triumphs over all directions, with which to sever the tongues of opponents. By thus placing a sword on the tongue, one will possess fearless confidence. When writing treatises, visualize your own heart, clear as the deity, with the letter Nam (ནྃ་, ,naṃ,seed syllable) in a glorious lotus, emitting light of various colors, purifying the faults of the evil tenets of all beings, gathering all the immaculate virtues of the wisdom of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the doctrines of all the wise and accomplished ones, dissolving them into Nam (ནྃ་, ,naṃ,seed syllable), thereby thinking that you have obtained the power to compose all doctrines, and thus it will be accomplished. When meditating in equipoise, visualize in the heart of your own deity, above a full moon, a blue Hum (ཧཱུྃ་, ,hūṃ,seed syllable) emitting light, purifying all the obscurations of the three realms, gathering all the excellent qualities of wisdom and samadhi of the lineage of Buddhas, and dissolving them into the letter Hum (ཧཱུྃ་, ,hūṃ,seed syllable), thereby transforming it into a great, indestructible vajra of samadhi, possessing all aspects. Visualize great rays of vajra light blazing forth from it, and by meditating in single-pointed concentration, a special samadhi will arise. Thirdly, the four supreme or ultimate instructions are: Visualize your own body as the form of Manjushri, the Youthful, possessing the marks and signs.

Purify the attachment to the ordinary body through clear visualization. This body is also apparent and empty, like a reflection in a mirror, its nature is pure. That itself is the essence of the five wisdoms of all Buddhas, the mind of Manjushri, inseparable from the non-dual wisdom, one's own mind is primordially pure, bright and clear, nakedly. Like the meaning of "Prākṛti viśuddho'haṃ" (Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रकृति विशुद्धोऽहं, Sanskrit Romanization: Prakriti vishuddho 'ham, meaning: I am pure in nature), one should know it as the essence of being completely pure in nature. By purifying the body in this way, one attains the pure wisdom body. Secondly, visualize oneself as Manjushri, and visualize all speech as the essence of completely pure sound and tone. That speech also becomes the nature of sound and emptiness with sixty branches, its form is from the tip of the tongue to all the spaces in the throat, the throat is like the spiral of a conch shell, in which, the sixteen vowels such as A are white and spiraling to the right, the thirty-four consonants such as Ka are red and spiraling to the left, filled with shining and radiant letters. Recite the vowels and consonants three times, and visualize the self-sound of the mantra echoing continuously in the three realms like the roar of a dragon, thereby purifying all ordinary speech. And one should remember that this speech has not deviated from the meaning of the self-nature of one's own mind, which is primordially luminous. In this way, one accomplishes the essence of speech. Thirdly, after transforming oneself into Manjushri, transform the ordinary mind. The essence of the wisdom of all Buddhas, the mind of Manjushri, knows all that exists, is the essence of the five wisdoms. Empty and luminous, like the center of the sky. Its form is on the moon in one's own heart, which is the nature of wisdom. The stainless Dharma implement, a blue-green sword, filled with the fire of wisdom, focus on its clear and pure appearance, thereby purifying the mind. That clear and empty mind should also be contemplated as the meaning of one's own mind being luminous from the beginning and completely pure in the Suchness that is empty of all elaborations, thereby purifying the mind and accomplishing the pure wisdom mind. Fourthly, oneself becomes the Vajra essence of the body, speech, and mind of the venerable Manjushri, whose essence is no different from the co-emergent wisdom, or the self-arisen Ye
