Regardless of meditative fabrication, whatever bliss-clarity-non-thought may be, having thoroughly ascertained it within the state of awareness's primordial purity, and having personally and directly confirmed the indivisible equality of awareness and emptiness, which is free from the three states of arising, ceasing, and abiding, then it is included among the wisdoms of example that can lead to the wisdom of the meaning to be signified. In this way, that experience makes the innate knowing of awareness-emptiness, which transcends the extremes of existence and non-existence, a great unconditioned state. This is not merely a repetition of doctrinal words, but rather becomes a definite certainty for oneself, thus establishing that it transcends conditioned phenomena and consciousness. Therefore, this introduction to Dzogchen is also crucial for practicing methods with characteristics, because if one does not grasp this kind of key point of view, even if one has an experience of mind-abiding like a mountain, or is in a state of bliss-clarity-non-thought with a vast surrounding environment, or has qualities such as clairvoyance, or various subtle and coarse signs of the completion stage arise, it will be difficult for them to become the actual cause for leading to the wisdom of the meaning. As Longchen Rabjam and others have said. Furthermore, if everyone agrees that all sentient beings can attain Buddhahood because they possess the Buddha-nature, then if that nature is posited as merely emptiness, then it must be the basis of separation, and its essence cannot become better, because it is unconditioned. Therefore, even though it can be separated from the two obscurations, even if it is allowed to be separated, it is impossible for it to know all knowable things, because it is without mind. Therefore, for the mind to know everything because the mindlessness is separated from the obscurations is a reversal, just as the clearing of darkness in a room does not help the inside of an iron ball to become clear. Therefore, since emptiness cannot have wisdom, the omniscience of all dharmas upon the exhaustion of obscurations must necessarily be established from the mind that is free from obscurations. Therefore, although the mind can be separated from obscurations, so Buddhahood can be achieved, an Arhat cannot achieve Buddhahood, because how can it be established that one must take the antidote that exhausts the obscuration of knowledge? Since the mind is empty, compassion and so on will necessarily arise, and that needs to be established and understood. Moreover, the knowledge of "as many as there are" arises from the mind being free from obscurations, even now, the mind-consciousness knows various dharmas, just as learning tenets and so on makes it better. Therefore, the meaning of the mind's abode, change, perception, etc...

Ah, no! Therefore, in the common vehicle, there is no lack of the lineage of the three qualities of knowledge, compassion, and power. That is called the lineage capable of attaining Buddhahood. If developed further, it can be developed up to the wisdom of the Buddha. The luminous nature of the mind also refers to just that. Because there is nothing that cannot be changed by conditions, and it depends entirely on conditions, it is capable of attaining Buddhahood. Even if one thinks that a Buddha will fall, they will not fall, because the mind adheres to that aspect of reasoning. What arises even after the cessation of the six consciousnesses is the original mind. So, when that original mind is called without grasping or clinging, does it merely refer to the absence of grasping and clinging? Or does it refer to the realization of the absence of grasping and clinging? If it is the former, then is it without mind? That mind without grasping and clinging itself exists. If it is the former, it is not mind, like space. If it is the latter, if that mind without grasping and clinging exists, then is it unrelated and different from this mind with grasping and clinging? Or is it the same continuum? If they are different, then the continuums are different. If they are one, then it is contradictory and they will harm each other. Will such an original mind become the omniscient Dharmakaya or not? If it transforms, is it a separation result or a maturation result? If it is a separation result, then does it know now or not? If it is a maturation result, then how does one extract the essence from that state of being without grasping and clinging? If it can be extracted, then it becomes a piece of wood that cannot change. If it can change, then how can one relearn to drive? If you teach it desire, wouldn't that be worse? Hehe. By teaching emptiness, one understands emptiness. By teaching bliss, one experiences bliss, haha. Furthermore, has its essence been defiled or not? If it has been defiled, then how is it luminous? If it has not been defiled, then why does it not know all phenomena now? If it knows, then what contradiction is there since power and so on are already present? If it does not know, even if it has not been defiled, if it does not know, then even if it is free from defilement, how will it know? Therefore, if one does not acknowledge a mind that is free from obscurations, one cannot establish the luminous, primordially pure mind. If one acknowledges it, then self-arisen wisdom is established. Therefore, because one considers the original mind at the basis stage to be momentary, one also considers omniscience at the result stage to be momentary. The basis and result of the other is the opposite of this. In the former, true self-arisen wisdom is impossible. If one examines which of these two is reasonable, without self-arisen wisdom, there cannot be an original mind and a mind free from obscurations, because
