Birth, aging, sickness, and death will all occur, The various feelings of happiness and suffering, Because they arise from one's own mind, they mature in samsara. Therefore, the mind is not the Buddha. Because the cause is fabricated, it is impermanent, Because it can be destroyed by antidotes, it will disappear. Therefore, that which is not produced by causes, The self-born Dharmakaya is eternally unchanging, It is the essence of all dharmas. The essence of the self-born Dharmakaya is, The self-born body that is not produced by causes, The fruit that cannot be taken away by conditions. Awareness of emptiness is not produced by causes, Self-illuminating awareness is not produced by causes, Primordial wisdom that is thorough is not produced by causes. Therefore, the nature of reality is the eternal body, Self-born wisdom is not produced by causes, Unceasing self-illumination without conditions, Cannot be altered by antidotal conditions. The essence of Dharma is the self-born body, Because it is the root of samsara and nirvana, From this, Buddhas and sentient beings arise, Therefore, self-born is the basis of all. The Dharmakaya, self-born awareness, In the three times, there is no birth or cessation, Without coming or going, it has always existed, The analogy for the definitive Dharmakaya is, The great unconditioned space. The meaning of the alaya is fabricated, It is impossible for it to be without antidotes. With the superior insight of self-born wisdom, One can completely destroy the alaya. Unenlightened, ignorant beings, Actually say that the self-born Dharmakaya is also the mind. Therefore, they do not understand the meaning of words, Few people can understand the true meaning from names. Therefore, the mind cannot become Buddha. The above explains that if one cannot realize the naturally arising wisdom of the inherent state, one cannot become Buddha with the mind. Then, if someone thinks that the nine vehicles of the path, which ultimately achieve Buddhahood through hearing, thinking, and meditating with the mind, are all meaningless? It is not so. Following the tracks, one can find the elephant, Searching for meaning from the direction of the mind, One can find the king of self-aware wisdom. Having found it, one is free from clinging to the mind, Free from clinging, no-mind is the self-born body, Finding the Buddha who is not born from the mind. The above explains that taking the eight vehicles as the path with the mind, ultimately realizing the meaning of the Great Perfection, which takes wisdom as the path, one achieves Buddhahood. If one cannot realize the self-born wisdom of the Great Perfection's awareness, one cannot become Buddha. From the *All-Good Wisdom Space Tantra: Precious Gold Refined*, the Dharmakaya of undefiled awareness.

I am the Svabhavikakaya. Unborn from causes and conditions, without change. This uncompounded is like the sky. Thus it is said. In the Great Perfection, the Tantra of Equality with the Sky, it says: Just as a lotus is not stained by mud. In the essence of Bodhicitta. Grasping and clinging, defilements are fundamentally absent. Therefore, this self-born essence. No one has made it, it is not artificial. It is the king of self-born awareness. Therefore, the uncompounded mind. Because there is no antidote to destroy it. There is no ability to establish or take. That yogi who realizes that meaning. In the human body, the mind of the Buddha. In the self-born body, the speech of Brahma. Immediately after that, it is Samantabhadra. Thus it is said. The Buddhas of the three times are free from mind. Because there are no eight consciousnesses, there is also no mind. The self-born essence is the Dharmakaya. It is not born from the mind, it is wisdom. Thus it is said. Wisdom is not born from the mind. Because the abiding nature of the mind is luminosity. Just as the emptiness of the nature of all things is the abiding nature of things, it should be understood that it is not born from things. In the Great Perfection View, the Tantra of the Exhaustion of Wisdom, it says: This self-born essence that has always been present. Not born from causes, nor produced by conditions. Without any effort, it is the Dharmakaya. I am convinced that it is self-born wisdom. Thus it is said. In the Great Tantra of Self-Arising Awareness, it says: This great Dharmakaya, which is free from the limits of expression. It dwells in all, but is not realized by all. Without mind, without thought, without ignorance or confusion. Thus it is said. On the awareness that is free from mind. Various appearances are perfected at once. Thus it is said. If you know that awareness is immutable, it is the fruit of all dharmas. If you know that awareness is without mind, it is the stainlessness of all dharmas. If you know the companion of awareness, it is what is to be abandoned of all dharmas. If you know that awareness is without intention, it is the groundlessness of all dharmas. Thus it is said. How can there be confusion in the immutable Bodhicitta? The unconfused Bodhicitta pervades all beings. The essence of Bodhicitta is equal to all Buddhas. The self-aware lamp is the realm of self-appearing light. It dwells in all, but is cut off by its own secret means. It is the supreme meaning of the intention of the Buddhas of the three times. It abides unmoving and equal with all Buddhas. Thus it is said. Thus, the inherent awareness that abides as the ground.
